Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

I placed an online order for pickup. They converted part of my order to delivery without my permission and charged me $8.95 shipping. I should have been contacted when they couldn't fulfill the order in full for pickup to determine if I wanted it shipped. They refused to refund the shipping cost. What a scam!

Every order I’ve placed with kohl’s in the past six months has been a problem. They send me a coat with the sleeve sewn shut. The replacement has a security tag attached and they expected me to go to the store and have it removed. Yeah, I’m going to walk into a store so I can get arrested for shoplifting. Every order gets split into multiple shipments and at least one of those shipments gets lost. The customer service reps lie and treat you like an idiot. I’m done with kohl’s, they don’t care about the customer. I’m the stupidest person alive. I had $15 kohl’s cash and free shipping so I order something. Naturally they gave me a tracking number but HAVENT SHIPPED IN A WEEK. I am closing my store and charge account.

I wrote a review of washclothes that I bought online from Kohls. I just said that they seemed nice but arrived with snags in the terrycloth loops. I was told that they would not publish my review because it did not follow their guidelines and gave me link to them. However the link was broken, so I guess they made it up and didn't want a negative review. I looked all over their website for a "contact us" page but there is none. I guess they don't want constructive feedback and don't want honest reviews of poor products. I won't be buying from them again. Too bad because they used to be my favorite store.

HORRIBLE Experience placed online order got tracking info next day had wrong address tried calling and doing online chat to get address corrected before package is delivered to wrong address and I am told they can't help help me but if I don't receive my package or if it's returned to them within 30 days then they'll give me a refund or I can call shipper and change the address. Package shipped to wrong state so I highly doubt I will ever see the package and then I am gonna have to wait 30 days to get a refund, seriously 30 days? And what happens if people at wrong address decide to keep my item, I guess I am expected to pay for it. I Called ups they say I cannot change address that kohls will have to call and have it changed but they refused.

Use to be my go-to place. Horrible service will never buy another product from Kohl's. Looks like covid has really made the workers very lazy.

What is the point in having CSR’s that do not understand the English language? They could not get my address right two times. I do not recommend anyone even ordering online—ever. Unless you want missing packages, wrong addresses, multiple account charges, I would order ANYWHERE ELSE. I’ve never had so many issues in less than 24 hours than with kohl’s shipping, customer service, and charges to my acct. Customer service is overseas which is scary for card and bank account information, on top of that THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Please do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate company. Kohl’s is a joke, I don’t frequently order from them, and this one is experience was AWFUL. Do yourself a favor, and AVOID!!!

worst customer service ever, especially when I received the phone call from a women name "Nicole" in Khol's CEO with disgusting personality, for an overdue return, what was very shocking she was asking me why I purchase quantity items for resale, AND SHE ASKING ME TO NOT TO BUY FROM kohl's, very rude women, very negative, very bad attitude, and yes she was not regular employees I'm going to obey her and advise everyone to not to buy anything from kohl's 🤢🤢🤢

So I'm handicapped I have COPD and asthma and I don't walk well cuz if it problems so I went to the Kohl's by woodland Mall in Grand Rapids Michigan and I pull up to a door closest to where I know I need to go inside of the store and there are signs on the doors all of them that say that you can't use those doors you got to go to some different doors so confused I went over to the other doors and made the long Trek all the way through the store back to where I needed to be did my return and then asked to speak to a manager while waiting at least four people came around me without masks on and they're just shopping and nobody's saying anything to them and so when the manager gets there I ask her you know why is the door shut I needed to use that door I'm handicapped whatever and she informs me that it has to say shut because of covid because they have to keep the numbers of customers inside the store down because of covid and I'm like well it might help if you start by first enforcing The mask policy that the governor has mandated and that Joe Biden has mandated for a federal building and she said well we can't really enforce that but we can enforce the number of people we let in our store and I basically looked at her and told her I won't be back you're losing customers because you're locking doors or at least telling people the doors are locked because at this point she then informs me that two of the doors are actually not locked and if I'd like to use them I can in the future at this point now I'm irritated and like I said I will be sending the video that I took of the people inside their store without wearing masks to the CDC and OSHA
