This review is for Kohl’s website. Just so everyone knows on kohl’s website I was asked to do a survey and got scammed ! Said a free item then they kept trying to charge my bank account $79.00😡 Not only that they have the worst website can never pay bill or get anything accomplished on there! After years of spending hundreds of dollars and trying to believe in Kohl’s having quality items, I am done! After receiving wrong items, bad service, and inferior clothing, I stopped doing business with them in 2019. Like many others I have tried writing a review on their website without any fortune, they refuse to put the truth on their ratings. It has taken me a while to find a site that would have Kohl’s experiences and allow truthful ratings from real customers. These are just a few of the annoying things I have been through. The hemming on clothes comes undone after a couple washes or they do not wash the way the tag explains how to then shrinks to practically nothing, or it stretches to a point of not being able to wear it because the elastic is very low quality. I have been to the stores wasted hours in line returning inferior items, trying to reorder another to replace because they wouldn’t give me my money back or store credit. Spent countless hours on the phone with customer service for items that I was billed for but never shipped to me. Ordered a Cuisinart and a main part for it to function was missing and had to call the manufacturer and wait two months for the part, Kohl’s wouldn’t exchange it during the holiday season, even though I needed it for cooking and baking, it’s the reason I bought it. I am so much happier to be through with the rat race of the “K Cash”! It really was annoying now that I look back.

If I could give them half a star I would. Management is not helpful at all. If you want customer service you may as well go outside and whistle. Very bad company.

We ordered a dress in kohls. The dress quality is very poor. Also they shipped wrong color. When we submitted the review they keep on rejecting the review Stating that the review shipment based not product review if they take the bad review seriously then they should let us know where to report the issue. But they are not

I returned an Amazon item to Kohl's for them to return my item. They gave me a $5.00 discount card. I bought a pair of dress pants and got $5.00 off the retail price. When I went to ring up the sale I gave them my Kohl's credit card. It was declined because I hadn't used it in over a year. I filled out a new application until they asked me for my social security number. I refused to give it to them because they are not a bank or financial institution. They would not accept my credit application because of this. When I went to pay cash for the pants the girl got out her calculator and short changed me over a dollar. I corrected her and had to tell her how much I was due back in change. She did not thank me for the correction or shopping with them or making a purchase. After the sale she just turned and ignored me. I thought it was very poor customer service as well as ridiculous that their cashier could not make change even with a calculator.

I will never order from Kohl's ever again they took forever to send my order. And still haven't gotten it and it's been 3 week's. I call and they give excuses just refund my money at this point.
