If I could rate 0 I would. Like other people on here I made the mistake of accidently paying my payment twice this month. I called up one could be refunded to me, I understand if check in mail is the only way. Go for it. I got told that since the payment has processesed there is nothing they can do. Funny when I see others posting about a paper check 5 days ago? 🧐 Seems kinda like a run around bs lie to me. Terrible customer service. My toddler and I live paycheck to paycheck. I pay my bills, but I needed that 200 for groceries. I get it was my error, I was willing to wait for snail mail to correct my wrong. But you refused to even try to help.

Purchased something never received. After speaking to numerous people that were not helpful, apparently the item showed back at their warehouse. To date, now 2 months later, I have received half my refund due and dont really expect any more help from them. I will never order from them again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Like the NFL, NBA, MLB, Nike, Coke (whose workers are now trained to be "less white"), and the litany of other anti-American companies, Kohls is no longer allowed into my home...no emails, no mass marketing, no unwanted solicitations, and never, ever will I place another order. They can "cancel" people who hold different political views all they want (the person they cancelled dedicated manufacturing capacity to helping the country during the pandemic, while Kohls just continued to purchased Chinese-made crap and cancelled peopled). However, they will NEVER, EVER, get another $0.01 from me. Never. Ever. What a disgusting company.

Kohl's has one of the worst sites for shopping I've ever used. I end up getting so frustrated that I give up and go to someone else. For example, I enter "Pickup in store today" so I can buy online and go pick it up. The website constantly changes back to ship to store because it doesn't have the item in stock. If you put your size in for pants at the beginning of your search, it takes it out when you find what you want, then tells you to enter it again. Then it says the item you chose is not in stock in that color. Plus you get SO MANY emails from them saying you can get this discount or that discount with this code or that code. It's so confusing and frustrating! Especially when you try to use one of the codes but it is NOT APPLICABLE on the product you are trying to buy! Have THEY ever tried to shop on THEIR website? So annoying, like playing a game to get the "best discount" for something you can find. At the end of this visit to Kohl's website, I tried to buy some jeans that were "in stock for pick up today", even WITHOUT the Non-Applicable promo code I had, then when in the cart, it showed an $8.95 shipping charge. "REMOVE FROM CART", go to Amazon.

Kohls stores are cheating customers with coupons: if you using Kohls cash,they apply the coupon AFTER deduction of Kohls cash so you will get less discount,where Macy's applies your cupon before using Macy's cash rewards, for example if your total is $100 and you have 25% off cupon you will pay $75 where you can apply Macy's cash for example $20 and $55 you pay with any payment method. Kohls will deduct Kohls cash first $100-$20=$80 and apply 25% cupon you will pay $60. They are cheating you on $5.

Tried to order online many times. They are ALWAYS out of average sizes.

Awful experience with returns policy. Do not believe their statement that returns are hassle free. It is a false statement. I returned 2 items from an order I placed online. One month later I still was not refunded and my credit card was not credited. After calling concerning the length of time it was taking, I was informed it could take 30 days to be refunded. Well it had been 30 days. When I called again to inquire why so long, they then responded it could take up to 90 days for the credit to show up on my CC. Fair warning if you need to return anything. As far as I am concerned they need to update their system. There is no reason for it to take that long after receiving a return to credit one's account!!! Never again!!

This is about Kohl's credit card serviceLESS department. I admit - I made an error and made a double payment; when I called for a refund guess what - they happily take from your account but won't put it back. After a 20 minute fight on the phone I just went with the paper check in the snail mail refund ~ not because I wanted to but this is the only option to get your monies back. My original contact was on 3/22/2021. So I called today 4/1/2021 to find out the status of my check - HAHAHA - I was told it appears from the system that my refund was processed on 3/31/2021 - it took them 9 DAYS to process a refund; then I was told it would take 2-3 weeks MORE to arrive via the mail. The Customer ServiceLESS Supervisor SAM - ID# 2487 - was such a total JERK - so much so he decided he needed to spell out his name for me on the phone. He refused to transfer me to his supervisor for a further complaint. He told me his IS the TOP supervisor; WOW - I guess I was talking to the company owner. LAME. Anyway - no more - like I originally said - this card service sucks and after this I will be cancelling them. Not worth the headaches to get the "sales and discounts" on qualityLESS merchandise. If I conducted myself at my job as he did - I would be out of work. HINT
