I'm trying to buy a lousy $20 dress shirt. It's a certain shirt that fits me perfect and this place has it. My first time shopping at Kohls. I get the immediate popup about saving 15% by signing up for alerts, which I did. My chromebook auto put in my email so it's definitely correct. It's been 45 minutes. Is someone manually emailing me? I'm sitting here in my cart like a dope checking my email every 30 seconds. The only reason I want the 15% off is because I'm going to pay $8 for shipping, which is fine, because I don't want to spend $75.

I have been a Kohls customer for many years and lately every order I place on kohls website gets cancelled by the system and i have to call their customer service the verify that it is me who placed the order and after 20 to 30 minutes of hassling and being put on hold they ask me to go to the store to show them 2 forms of ID to prove my identity. Incompetent, unsupportive and unprofessional customer service. will never place another order with kohls.

The first guy was an idiot he didn’t know anything he didn’t want to do anything. So I hung up and I called back. I actually gave this guy a bad review which he was good. The first guy he needs to be fired

Spent an hour on the app selecting items I wanted to order. Got to the "ship to" screen and my state wasn't in the list in the drop down screen. Then my order just disappeared. I guess you don't want to sell to anyone in IOWA?

My package showed up 2 days late after I left town. The package was stolen. I tried to get a refund or replacement but they apologized and told me to contact the police. That's the last time I buy from Kohls.

Do not purchase from Kohl’s.com. I placed an order in error and tried to cancel it, 15 minutes later, and they said that 30 minutes went by which is not true and that the order could not be cancelled because 30 minutes had lapsed. The order was for hundreds of dollars. I tried cancelling it through the order status tracking website prior to calling and I could not cancel it utilizing that functionality. THIS IS BOGUS. I am a disappointed customer, and they do not seem to mind. WOW!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars , I would. Always make my payments when I receive my statement via email. Was charged a late fee for making it "late" because I paid too early. Once my balance is paid off, will be canceling my cars. Horrible horrible customer service.

Kohl’s online customer service is completely useless. I got a refund for an order I never received in the mail. So I got a partial Kohls cash. I wanted to use that kohl’s cash for an online order to know that the kohl’s cash doesn’t work. I attempted to contact kohl’s customer service online chat for two weeks now. And they’ve placed a request to give me a new kohl’s cash but nothing was given. Very unfair and upset about how they deal with customer service situations.
