Purchased a watch from Kohl’s and when I got home realized they had placed an higher sticker price on the original price which was lower making it look like they was giving a sale when they really wasn’t. So watch out for this when shopping with them 😡

Annoyed with Kohl's. First they sell me a cyber monday deal, I use my BF Kohl's cash, and then they canceled my order without explanation. Luckily I notice before my Kohl's cash expired. So I just ordered some make up. We live far away, so I ask my husband to pick it up when he is in the area. He has the receipt and the card used to buy, which has his name on it. They won't let him have it because he don't have his ID. They say I have to pick it up personally because the Kohl's account is in my name? What? The payment card is in his name? He picks up hundreds of dollars of groceries at Walmart with nothing but my name and a signiture, and he can't get $20 of makeup with a receipt and the card? Stupid policy. They are more concerned with a very unlikely thieft than convience for their customer. Newsflash Kohl's, if someone wants to steal from you, they are going to just throw some makeup in their big purse, wear a hat, and walk out. They are not going to hake my email, steal my credit card, go in front of the cameras, and risk jail time to steal a low cost item. Now I have to drive an hour to pick it up :( Learn from Amazon, they took over the world by making shopping convient to the customer.

Ive had two bad deliveries and I don’t shop online alot. I had glass candles wrapped in my towels broken, glass everywhere but Kohls replaced order. Its an issue of inconvenience and lack of quality or concern when boxing our payed for items. This week an extra large box was delivered and items including a mixer were not packed safely, box was way to big and no packing around items. The box was open on one side and i had a set of twin sheets that I didn’t order in there. I called kohls about it snd they didn’t seem to care how it wasn’t packed well or box not tapped. They said just return sheets to store and anything else...yes now your customer service line stinks too.

While I am pleased with the styles of women’s plus size clothing I have learned to check for stains... indicating the product has been returned. Have also tried on tops with hints of body odor. Recently, I have shopped elsewhere for clothing but continue buying small appliances and shoes at Kohls.

I just visited Kohl's Newport News looking for a womens belt that I saw online and looked around the store to see it in person... but unfortunately I could find it and so I asked for assistance to locate the womens belt (showed the photo on my phone) for some reason I didn't get any help instead I was told to asked another associates. So I approached the associate and asked again for assistance and I was told immediately that she's assisting another customer (btw. I didn't see any customer) I end up ordering online while I'm in the store. Indeed a poor customer service.

Kohl's products are crap for which they charge exorbitant prices. I am 70 years old and went to two Kohl's stores today in search of a couple of nice tops and sweaters in subtle fall colors and prints. The print fabrics are hideous and GAUDY, the styles stink, and the prices are outrageous for such low quality fabrics. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. $40 for a cotton knit top that is no different than a tee-shirt - except that some "bling" has been added to the neckline? NO THANKS! I will get out my sewing machine and make the same thing for less than $10. And the prices on their shoes are ridiculous. I can't and won't shop there anymore. It's either use $89 of our social security check to buy a pair of shoes or feed myself and my husband for a week.

Kohl's at one time was my "go to" store whenever I went shopping. However, now the styles are old fashion and limited in variety. There are so many companies online with styles that are up-to-date along with a wider range of merchandise. Now, I only go to Kohl's when I can't find it anywhere else.
