I have had a kohls charge for over a decade. I ALWAYS Pay my bills on time. I called Customer Service to LOWER the High 24.99%, and was told NO. Not an option! I told Rose, from C.S. I would be turning the card off and Rose asked if she could do it right away. WOW!! It's nice to have a charge card for when merchandise is on sale but, what makes a sale when everything is marked up in the 1st place. Then throw 24.99% on top of the purchase. Not getting a benefit of having the charge card. DON'T EVER GET THE CHARGE CARD! Thanks for many years KOHLS... Kohl's in Valle Verde, Henderson, NV are hiring unprofessional staff, they have associates working in goth clothing and poor hygiene, this kid at the register (His name was Grayson) was dressed in goth clothes, long boots with 4 inch platforms and silver spikes, long black nails and they seemed very dirty and he had dandruff all over his black shirt, since when this company is hiring unprofessional staff like that? Associates at stores like Kohl's needs to dress accordingly, there's a time and a place for that! And not to mention the fact that the people they've been hiring are very rude or they don't even know what they're doing, i asked for help to one of their employees and the girl was walking in circles not even knowing where she was going, i end up finding the item by myself because no one could assist me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE! I asked for the manager and someone told me that he couldn't come to talk to me because he was busy 😡 they just lost a loyal long time customer, I'll be doing my shopping at Macy's from now on.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Never received items, got emails assured of refund, told it would take 30 days to process and to ignore further statements --- 30 days passed, still got bills, called, assured it was fine --- then got more bills, called again --- people claimed I needed to pay --- took over an hour being thrown around in different departments, told it was fine ---- it wasn't, my credit got dinged, called again --- and AGAIN and AGAIN each time a big long mess and hassle but ended with being told it was fine --- currently on the phone AGAIN with MULTIPLE REFERENCE NUMBERS THIS TIME --- never shopping here again!! What an incompetent hassle!! Got a letter saying they suspended my account and I couldn't shop here... LOL, I would never anyway. This is hands down the worst customer service place I've ever encountered. STICK WITH AMAZON AND TARGET ETC.

One of the worst websites I have ever used. My account is continuously locked even when I change passwords. This will kill this business in due time. I’m sure of it.

Run by the "woke" crowd. They sneer at the "low life" customers while ripping them off. Why shop there?

If I could give Kohl’s a -10 I would. I had an order that was never delivered to my home. I live in Ohio not New Jersey when they incessantly asked me to pick it up. I have called 8 times and each time I was told the refund was coming. It has been over a month and each time it never comes. I am sick of hearing that it is coming. I will never shop your joke of a company ever.

I ordered perfume online and when it delivered it was packaged in a small bag with no protection and when I opened it the box was crushed and the perfume had leaked out completely emptying the bottle.

first and last time in the store . Did not want to open an acct but the associate talked me into it , fine, I did open the acct I got the disc. offered and I went home. the next day I returned to the store to bring back some items that did not fit ( i did not try anything at the store ) got on the 12 people before me line just to get to the counter and have the associate tell me that WE DONT TAKE RETURNS HERE . go to the back of the store where there is a dark hidden hole on the wall called CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA . There is NO SIGN directing the customers to the RETURNS /CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK anywhere YET the AMAZON returns signs were everywhere. Back to me, I went to the Customer service desk and I got back on the 12 people in from of me line again made my returns , got stripped off the disc previously received for opening the account, (did not want to argue )stupidly purchase some other items and when home. Needleless to say I will pay my balance and close this account. 1st impression is usually the correct one.
