I received a promotional reward from Kohl's for a product I bought at Kohl's. I thought it was good to use whenever, but there was an expiration date and I missed using it by one day. I could not reach anyone to see if I could extend the use. There is no phone and only text replies to inquiries which do not help. So, the cash I should have received, Kohl's just keeps. Not a good business practice. I'm no longer a customer!

I will start with stating I have been a Kohl's charge customer for over 20 years and have excellent credit. I was last in the store on 6/30/21 and made a purchase on my Kohl's card. Today I received a credit alert notification that the account was closed. I called Kohl's customer service and encountered several representatives who I could not understand and was transferred to April ID#5631 who is a supervisor in the US. She insisted that the account was closed by the credit bureaus and I should contact them and provided their numbers. Clearly, she needs some training and to learn that credit bureaus manage information, they do not close accounts. Call #2 was again to Kohl's customer service who also who had no idea and then Ken ID#6881 explained that I had not used the card for 2 yrs and it happened to have "automatically closed" on the same day I'd used the card. There is no way to restore it, but since I don't need the card and don't need to shop at Kohl's especially after today's events, its not an issue and won't even affect my credit. But seems to me since their own employees are working from home due to COVID-19 they wouldn't close customer accounts for those not out shopping. KOHL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.

I was given a kohls gift card and try to place an order online but I put all the info in, my name address and the card info and then get a message that something is wrong to call kohls. I have called about or six times and still cant get any help

If I could, I would rate Kohl’s 0 stars. As a gift, my grandmother was going to order me two pieces of furniture from Kohl’s. I used the her Kohl’s card and the next day i was notified that the shipment was canceled. I re ordered the two items and within minutes it was canceled. We then we’re on the phone for an hour and talked to four people to try to figure this out. Not only did they fail to explain why my order was canceled, when they ordered the items for me it was again canceled. Extremely disappointed. Would never recommend Kohl’s to anyone.

They now use LaserShip for delivery of packages. You've been warned--expect those packages to never reach you and for kohl's to blow you off (you know, we'll get back to you in 72 hours blah blah blah) which means all your items are not just missing, they can't be replaced because by the time you can reach someone at Kohls again, and you will have to reach out to them because they will not follow up with you, you will find every item you ordered is out of stock. Their once great customer service is no longer, and apparently they stopped using fedex too.

Ordered my toddler a bed online. Got what we thought was everything (email said entire order was delivered). Husband takes toddler crib down and starts to assemble the new bed. Turns out we were missing a whole other box. Go to UPS, they said the other box was damaged so sent it back. We received nothing from them or kohl’s about any of that. Had to go dig for the Info ourselves. Called Kohl’s to see what was going on, took 30 min on hold to speak to a human. They tell me we will have to refund the item, they won’t be sending the rest of the bed. Asked to speak to a manager to try to work something out and got disconnected. So now I’m back to where I started. My toddler is sleeping in a mattress on the floor and has been for a week. Such terrible customer service. No one was even going to tell us the rest of the bed was coming. No apology or anything for their mistake. I will never order from Kohl’s again.

I have been a card-carrying, enthusiastic Kohl's customer for decades. That ended today. For some reason, they decided to reject my online order. Okay, sometimes there are security questions. I understand that. I called. Was transferred. The list of questions for my inquisition was too much. I will shop on Amazon in the future. I try to spread my spending around, but I will not be inconvenienced to this extent!

In my cart I had two twin bed spreads and two dust ruffles. I went to the store to see the quality of the items and they weren't available. But I bought enough items that day to get KOH'L'S CASH. The manager who rung my sale told me to wait and use the Coupon on my order. Today, I went online to find the sale OVER, when the manager told me it wouldn't be. So now, the items are triple and double the price of the last promo. SAD, how modern retail has chosen to make money. The Customer Service person in WHAT EVER COUNTRY wouldn't honor the pricing, since there is a new sale. SICKENING. The manager told me the sale would change only by a few dollars. I'm returning what I bought, and they have lost a customer. Interesting how the prices in the store are double online. Guess those Customer Service people are really helping the bottom line.
