Every time I go I find what want or need and the cashiers are very nice.

I have been shopping with Kohls since about '06. I'm a picky shopper but far from being a "Ka__n"... Say what you want about Kohl's stores, they're a bit overstocked for me, so I shop online! I have never, NOT received exactly what I've ordered when I shop online. The quality is pretty much what is eluded to, or described on the website. If I am unhappy with something it is most certainly my fault due to me not doing my homework on an item. I've never had any problems returning an item and have been treated with the utmost courtesy when doing so. Kohl's is great! Love 'em!

I really rarely write any reviews for anyone but one employee in Kohl’s Arnold store was amazed me with her being pleasant, nice , friendly, professional and helpful something I haven’t see for long time. Her name is Andrea. I arrived to the store very upset because my other was all screwed up and I needed my stuff ASAP because i was ready to go to my vacation in 3 days and i was worried if my stuff would arrive on time and she told me i will take care if you. She was on the phone for 45 min dealing with another of their customer service employee who was so hard to understand (English) but she got all my stuff done. I left the store with all my problems solved. She is such a nice lady. She deserves all the best. If I could I would give her 10 stars!!! Kind doesn’t cost dime!!!!

I ordered a BMW Nav 6 and it was as advertised and arrived quickly. very pleased

I shop for a shut-in. This means making purchases and potentially returning everything if nothing is approved by my client. I recently had purchased quite a number of items and had to return them all. The agent at customer service was so nice and understanding. She cheerfully did all of the returns. This made me very happy that I was treated so well instead of other stores that make you feel terrible for returning items.

I put in a big online order but didn’t look close enough at my information. My order was shipped to a previous address-an out-of-state apartment complex. I didn’t catch my mistake until some of the items had already been delivered. I called kohl’s in a panic and they reimbursed me for the whole $350 order, even though some of the items had already been delivered. I was so surprised they offered to do that because it was my own mistake, not theirs. They won me over as a customer. Thank you Kohl’s!

I needed to quickly purchase a personal air cleaner for a trip and after reading reviews decided on the Pure Enrichment Purezone Mini Portable Air Purifier. I was able to pick it up through curbside service that same day. It is a lifesaver when visiting friends with cats and so many other applications - I highly recommend it. Pure Enrichment's customer service is the best I've seen.
