Kohl's can be at times a great place to shop, when they do clearance clothes for my infant daughter and allow stackable coupon codes, I get major discounts, one of my orders this week I had 238.70 in clothes, got them for 10.25 after trading in Kohl's cash, plus stackable coupons! That said, Kohl's cash isn't as good as many think, it is deducted off your total before any other coupons or discounts apply, greatly reducing the value, if your not using coupon codes then you get more value out of them. Kohl's cash is pretty deceptive, but a great marketing ploy for them. Onto a major issue I have with them, shipping my items! They are absolutely horrible, it takes too long to receive items, and if you've ordered a bunch of clothes expect to receive them in 3-6 different packages on different days, most recent orders have been shipped, UPS, Fed Ex and USPS for all the same order, what the hell Kohl's! In this day & age, there are so many thiefs snagging packages, it's very difficult to keep track of so many packages! Customer service is a nightmare, it is always a battle trying to get anything resolved, especially since reps aren't in the United States, language barrier is a huge problem.. I'm done shopping at Kohl's just not wothi the headaches. I'm not dealing with reps who say my information doesn't match when it does, then getting locked out of my account recently, takes forever and multiple calls to resolve anything. Ordered things today for store pick, all was listed as in stock and available for pick up within 2 hours, got the text saying only part of my order is ready, but they don't know when they will have the rest, uh cancel! If I didn't need the stuff asap I would just had stuff shipped with the order I did this morning with items that weren't available. It's complete non sense and a huge waste of my time.

Was at kohl’s looking for a certain type of sock(length). The tall young women working on the floor was on her phone, not paying attention to customers or doing her job of restocking shelves. Very poor experience.

I’ve had a few good experiences with them, but last time they couldn’t locate my order and neither the customer services or the store employees were interested in helping. Fifty dollar gift card is now gone because no one there knows what to do.

To be honest my mom took me here and I love shopping, but it was such a bad experience. After like an hour I finally found a top i liked and bought it, but I found a hole in it when I got home. We went back to return it like a week later and the lady at the counter was really rude to us. I finally got my refund but whatever. It wasnt worth it.

In the past I loved Kohl’s and shopped there regularly. Deals online and in store were great with the Kohl’s card. At one point my card received large incorrect surcharges that were difficult to get corrected. I closed my card and stopped shopping at Kohl’s. I recently returned to Kohl’s and again liked there store. For Christmas my daughter got clothing items from a family member that didn’t fit. I had to return without a receipt, I expected that items had to be returned at most recent reduced price. I also expected gifts cards for returns without a receipt. My disappointment when I found out Kohl’s has to mail me a check for returns! I don’t think I will be shopping at Kohl’s anytime soon.

Circular access to agents. Phone system frustrating. Language barriers. Order not delivered. Reorder arrived broken. Due to delivery issues, I lost out on the promo.

I went to kohl’s the day before Xmas eve to finish up my holiday shopping and the in store associates were taking down Xmas decorations before Xmas was even here. It’s truly sad that we can’t even celebrate an important holiday before it actually arrives. You may want to reconsider celebrating a holiday and not taking down decorations before that day. It takes away the cheer of the shopping experience.
