The clothes ordering online are usually a hit or miss for myself, but Kohl's clothes fit perfect and are very comfortable! The slippers I ordered online are so comfortable.

I live in Belleville Il but go to the KOHLS STORE IN COLLINSVILLE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ESPECIALLY FROM A GIRL NAMED JENNIFER W. SHE IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS ALWAYS A JOY TO SEE HER ESPECIALLY WHEN I BRING IN MY SERVICE DOG SHE IS EVEN KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SERVICE DOGS BUT SHE TRULY IS A SWEET AND HELPFUL PERSON!

I needed to find another size for a return. Maddie went above and beyond to find the size I was looking for.

I had Deijah crowder as my cashier and she was absolutely amazing ! You need more employees just like her!

I love the employees at Khols in Cleveland. They are absolutely great. Never had a problem with them. Just wanted to say thanks.

I spend a lot of money at Kohl's but I swear they always have what I want and at a fair price. Recently they went the wrong shoes and they made it right without question and waived shipping. I like kohls!!

Great store. Yeah I know their sale prices are generally the same as a discount store but with my Kohls card I save more and get kohls cash. I definitely buy most of my Xmas presents here. The local store employees are so friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter if it’s a kohls or an Amazon return they are great. Always professional

I love Kohl's! Our local store has a very nice mannequin, that I like to kiss and hug and touch. Also, it is very satisfying to go into the changing rooms while the ladies are trying on bras and panties.
