Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

I was messing around on the Kohl's website looking at all the beautiful items and I applied for a store credit card and got approved. I was very surprised. So I got approved on Christmas Eve so all of our Christmas presents are coming and I was so happy The store was not very busy today but ⁰they had all their sales out going and the store I just love it

Cathy in customer service at Kohl’s Atascocita went above & beyond to help me with a very frustrating situation. I ordered a pair of adidas running shoes and they sent me the wrong ones not once but twice. The problem was the sku on the box was mismatched with another shoe and it was hard to return the shoes which I didn’t like and didn’t fit right. Cathy was able to resolve the issue and I wanted to give her the highest review and let you know how awesome she is!! She’s the best!!! 😊😊

Online shopping is convenient and makes it easy to locate the items you are looking for. I also love earning Kohl's cash and using them on my next purchase.

I love how they offer lots of coupon but the line at cashier is kinda long every time also the Amazon return have to be so far in the back making you walk to the back I wish it can be easier at the front. Other than those the price and products r good.

Great deals, shoes and awesome packaging. They ship really fast via UPS and gift arrived in time for Christmas. Plus my husband loves them!

Muszę powiedzieć, że mam same pozytywne doświadczenia z Kohl's. Kilka razy dostałem niewłaściwy przedmiot w zamówieniu, a oni pilnie pracowali, aby naprawić błąd. Obsługa klienta zawsze bardzo uprzejma i pomocna

Strange I can't review a product on the app from an order I received. It was a small, glass candle, only it wasn't properly wrapped. Instead of the whole bubble wrap completely wrapped on this breakable item, no one taped the top or bottom and it was rolling about in the box when I received it. Disappointed.

I did not get my senior discount
