Kohls ripped me off! I had a $15 credit and they failed to honor it. On Sept. 20, 2021 I spoke with an agent, "Daniel" 4079, who said he'd get back to me. He never did! Lesson learned: Never accept a merchandise credit. Get the cash!!!

The worst company to order. Spent much money on phone calls from abroad yesterday to my credit card company who said there is nothing wrong with our credit card. Today again and still hanging on and they let me wait after several transferral listening to their irritating music. No service. Even the discount code they sent today did not work. Now still on the phone after almost 1/2 hrs being transferred 3 times and listening to their irritating music. I now have a headache. I think they do it on purpose because in their email said if the order did not work phone us and we arrange it via telephone and Monica said she does not how to do it. I think they let you on purpose wait on the phone with their irritating music so you will hang up. They have no email to contact them so beware of this company. I must have spent at least $30 on the phone without having received any good nor service I am going to hang up now and 0 points for service from Kohl's. I do not recommend buying from them and I will review them everywhere. I have just hang up since they let you wait so long.

I don’t know who’s bright ideal it was to redo the store,it’s horrible now with less men’s clothes.Another store gone downhill by stupidity! Leave well enough alone!

This is complaint for the billing department and the site also and I am not too happy right now: I thought I've my payment card saved to pay my bill (auto pay) , but, its did not save and I went on my account I passed due/I didn't get a notifications or anything when my bill due this im not too happy about at all and im very scared/nervous/worried about this right now Try to pay my bill online and won't let me pay its having issues with me This is not only time I've issues with u guys Not a happy person right now I'm very scared and nervous and worried right now

I went in looking for a dress to attend a wedding and could not find a single rack with fall dresses anywhere. I asked an associate where the dresses were now located and she stated that they only have a clearance rack as "No one really wears them now." Then she looked me up and down (I'm 50-ish and average build) and said "There are a few in Juniors but they are too short for you." Guaranteed they'd look better on me than her 20 year old self but, whatever. I guess I have to head to a more up-to-date city to shop as the Younstown population apparently attends weddings in sweatpants.

Wouldn’t do a price adjustment on an item that dropped $20 and said it was an exclusion. Well I’ll just return and buy from Amazon like every other item I buy. They had a chance to earn business from a first time customer and failed.

I wouldn’t suggest purchasing from Kohl’s online. My first shipment was never sent. Instead I got someone’s order. The second was shipped but is now lostfo over a month. Customer service is in the Philippines. When you look for the number to call it’s not listen on Kohl’s site. Additionally I tried DM to Kohl’s Twitter. No one helped. The basically stole money from me.

I have been repeatedly miss charged. The NW Expressway store overcharged me by $98 plus tax. When I said my bill looked higher then it should have been she said you saved enough $ to stop complaining. Got the receipt and saw the overcharge then had to go to customer service. She looked at me and said that they don’t sell $99 lipstick. She scanned the tube and the scanned the receipt and said wow. Then I placed an order on line to pick up and it charged me but told the store to cancel order. Put in another order, ship to home. It showed my total to be $97 when it got to final place order I looked at it closely and it show my total to be $150. Everything was way more then what the price showed on there site. They are dishonest in every aspect. In the store and on line.
