I placed an item-1 item in my cart today that's was on sale it showed this on the left side of the screen but yet on the right side on the screen the price showed the original price I called kohl's online customer service support who also stated she saw the same thing but there was nothing she could do and I would just have to pay the higher original price for this item so what is the point of having customer service reps if they can not help you when there is an issue and when I asked to speak to a manager she stated "'you will just have to pay the original price or else go in store and purchase the item"' I said never mind and hung up my has KOHL'S WENT DOWN HILL I never expected that kind of treatment from kohl's company, so I guess I will be looking some where else to shop now BeWare of your prices while shopping there as THAT IS A PURE AND SIMPLE RIP OFF

I will never ever order or buy from Kohl's again. They charge my Visa right away, I don't even get an email of my order. I get the crap finally in the mail. Then I took it all back to the store and they only credited me half of what they charged. Now I am having to fight for the rest of the damn charge. This isn't right!!!! I want my full amount credited back to my Visa....That they charged...

Customer service nonexistent. Rewards for money spent inaccessible. Coupons never received. Zero information available and error messages everywhere on kohls.com. Do not apply for card. Do not patron store. Wasted too much time searching for answers, ready to cancel account completely. Have higher standards and shop elsewhere.

My review is not about product received Kohls uses Laser ship on some of their home deliveries I have complained about this delivery service many times Please stop using this service always delivers to the incorrect address and puts the product in my neighbors mail box or leaves at side if road

Kohls Credit Crooks. This company makes money by refusing your payments and never letting you know about it. They have 100's of confusing policies and you get a different story from different agents. How can 1 agent say your paid in full then hang up on you and the next agent state you have a balance due. Then charge you a late fee on top of it.. This is almost comedy. They claimed payment not processed because they're system was down when we have a receipt for payment. Watch your records with these crooks, they are out to over charge you.

They are the Amazon returns center and they put it way in the back of the store, as far away from the doors as possible! I don't like to be coerced to shop when just returning a package! It's tricky and devious! I was going to shop but after trying to find the amazon return booth, I just left instead. Good bye Kohls!

12 week weeks to get credit back from online purchase then the store will not refund so the credit card kohls named Ambertold me call later systems down today 4 times called to get refund and she told me it would take weeks to get my money back Stealing Don’t buy online make sure u use coupons and give them their payment last day let’s treat them like they treat us and hopefully they will fail in time

Worst experience! The 800 number folks are not trained, can’t look up items as they are inept, some cannot speak English. Simple phone order took over an hour and it was wrong. Called 4 times, put on never ending hold and never received a resolution. Went to the nearest store and they were amazing! Skip the 800 number and go to the store with issues.
