This has been the most frustrating card we ever gotten and are going to cancel it. Literally we have spent almost 4 hours of our life on the phone trying to get help and they just repeat their id number and when they can't understand what you are trying to tell them - they disconnect you. Honestly, they will wonder in time why no one will buy from them!

Worst online ordering experience ever! Don't do it! I ordered $32 worth of socks. Within 15 minutes of getting an email saying my socks had been delivered via USPS, I checked my front porch and mailbox and, no socks! It took me three days to find a customer service number, and I called and got a woman in the Philippines. She kept saying she had resolved my problem, because my socks had been delivered. I kept saying my socks had not been delivered. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she kept telling me her supervisor was too busy. She then finally offered to send out a replacement order. We'll see if it arrives. No company should hide their customer service, or have such lousy customer service! No more Kohl's online for me, ever!

Online ordering and customer service help with Online ordering is awful!!!!! They do not speak English very well. They don't understand at all. They can help. This is a sure guarantee to get your blood to boil!!!! Then they say our computer is acting up call back in 25 min. Customers call in to get someone with knowledge and can help not the run around!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered online an e-gift card, which processed normally and I received a confirmation email. However, about 20 minutes later, I received another email saying that they couldn’t complete the online order, but gave no reason. I called and was told it was a security issue that would be fixed by the representative if I placed the order again and provided the new order number to the rep, who would ensure it processes correctly. She said she did. A while after, I got an email confirmation of the order, another email came through that it also failed. I checked with my bank… no issues with the card. Soooo frustrated and now I am quite late for this e-gift card. Ridiculous service.

My family has been a loyal customer for 30 years, that’s right 30 years, but as of tonight you have lost us as a customer. Your new Sephora area photographs of gay and lesbian representations your promoting on your walls sickens us. We shouldn’t have to explain to our grandchildren why two men or women are intimately viewed. Our extended family consist of 64 members all are finished with Kohl’s.Also,our neighbor’s and their extended family are following in our footsteps. Why can’t you stay out of this political sick culture and be brave and not succumb to it? Good luck with the customer’s you think is your future as you lose your 30 year loyal ones.

I purchased boots that didn’t fit, when I wanted to return them they only offered me $2.88 back and couldn’t explain to me why!

Went to Kohl's in Bismarck, ND. Tried to use their kiosk to order some kitchen rugs... the kiosk was frozen up. They called for somebody to reset the kiosk... nobody came. They told us to go the kiosk in shoes.... it was down too. Tried to order over the phone at customer service. They wanted a credit card.. gave them a credit card... said they won't do it... they need a Kohl's card. Gave them a Kohl's card. They said we don't take orders over the phone. This isn't me calling them, it's their own people calling in from the customer service desk and identifying themselves with store information and ID. Kohl's customer service is a joke, and we all laugh about Kohl's at parties and gatherings now. It has become our inside joke whenever something is complete horsesheite... it is has been Kohl'd. Pretty sure this will never hit their website as they will just delete what isn't good for them. I wish I could give them a below zero rating, they don't even deserve the default 1 star that we are forced to give them just to be able to post. #neveragain
