I brought a sweater cost was $59.00 sell price $42.99. Got home the sweater wasnt in my bag. Called they gave me the run around. They knew my husband and I want to know what happened to it. Wont look at the camera so they would know it wasnt put in the bag. Put on hold then came back on the line 3 mins later said the other cashier's seen the lady put it in the bag. First how did they see her put it in the bag when her were dealing with the customer's in their on line. Also they just happened to see and know exactly this specific sweater. There is no way they seen the lady put it in the bag.

In early September, 2021, I went into our local Kohl's, one of the very last places left in our small city to buy men's clothing. At checkout, the cashier all but begged me to sign up for a Kohl's card. I figured I would, since I would save 30 percent off my purchase. It has now been over two months and I am still waiting to receive my Kohl's card. I have tried contacting them by phone, and there is no way to speak to a live human being, no matter how many times I call. I tried chat, but that has not worked either. Meanwhile, I am being deluged with Kohl's spam emails everyday in my inbox. I've tried unsubscribing, but they keep coming. Overall, it has been a bad experience, and I will not be returning.

The woman doing the Amazon returns at the route 31 store in Liverpool 13090 is the most miserable person I have ever met. She is nasty to every customer, every time. I greet her with a big good morning and she is nothing but nasty. One guy next to me said he dreads making these returns and that he's going to stop going to the store because of her. I agree, Everytime she is just rude and insulting. She is the face of your brand. You decide.

Crooks! Billing is miss leading. Charges added to account with no notification. App will not let you pay until you say yes to marketing scam.

Veterans Beware Last Thursday we went to Kohl's because they advertised a 30% discount for Veterans but got to checkout and it did not apply to our order and I should have read the small print. Veterans , please get the word out...very important, we must protect each other.

My bank account was charged twice for one statement payment of $121.37 THIS IS STEALING FROM A LOW INCOME MOTHER A POOR SINGLE MOTHER THAT WORK HARD MY MONEY $121.37 can do alot for me and my family,black Friday is next week and your customer service process a bill of $57.43 that's not due until next month now my remaining credit is $63.94 then telling me YOU WILL RECEIVE A CHECK IN A FEW WEEKS.STEALING STEALING!!! I NEED MY MONEY TO SPEND FOR BLACK FRIDAY.

I HATE KOHL'S! I called customer service because my coupons were not working on-line. The agent had such a strong accent, I could barely understand what he/she were saying. Sounded like a female but has a boy's name...? Waited for a supervisor, at lease 15 minutes because they could not tell me why the coupons didn't work. Finally, the supervisor figured it out because the items in my cart are excluded from coupons, i.e., Nike! Why bother with coupons?!?! I've had a lot of problems over the years and this put me over the edge! NO MORE KOHL'S!

I purchased an item for my daughter, a two piece set. When I got home I discovered that the sizes were mismatched. I tried to call the store to see if they had the correct pieces and if they could hold them for me but after 30 minutes of waiting, I hung up. I went back to get the correct sizes and they did not have the exact set I bought any longer. Their exchange policy states as long as it is from the same department, same price point, and same brand you can do an exchange. It was all of those things. The only difference was the color. They refused to do the exchange. There is no way to call an 800 number and get a person. It took 10 minutes of me arguing and finally the store manager came over and helped. he said yeah of course we can do that. He said see how easy it was? But it wasn’t easy because I had to argue for 10 minutes to get him over because no one else was going to do it. If someone buys you something you cannot exchange it unless you are exchanging it for the exact same item. Their return/exchange policy is horrible and the customer service is nonexistent.
