This is for store 0675 in Rancho San Diego on 12/1/21 @ 3:52 p.m.. I was not given an item but I was charged for it for a total of $24.31. Been trying to call both store & customer service for the last hour and no one answers.

Their online Customer Service is a nightmare. After checking out my order I realized I had forgotten to put in a promo code. There is no place to make a correction online and there are no phone numbers to call. Their automated customer service is laughable because you can’t get help. Kohls is deceitful to their customers. I finally found a representative who was very nice and told me he would email me a credit. I did not receive that credit. Dealing with Kohls is very frustrating and discouraging. Good luck when shopping with them.

The Morristown location Kohl’s has repeatedly mistreated their employees as well as overworking them. Employees have continuously been under appreciated & accused of fraud. The extent of these false allegations are outrageous. Unfair opinions and petty management has caused many valuable workers to lose their jobs. In some cases they have gone to great lengths. Lengths such as making false allegations about stolen goods. This is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

I am sick and tired of every single time I shop online, I have to change my password and always be told, "something went wrong." I wish you guys would fix this issue.

I would give it 0 stars. I ordered a microwave online and cancelled my order the next day. They billed me but I NEVER received credit. I called their customer service 5 times and all they would say is give it time. I ended up disputing it with my credit union and they gave me the credit. They shouldn’t had to when it was Kohls fault. Will never order online with them again.

Never received my online order. It claims to have been delivered. They said they could offer a refund or replacement. When I requested the replacement item they said it was no longer in stock. The same thing happened last year. I wanted to buy a coat for my toddler…. I ordered the jacket in November…. It arrived February. Worst online ordering experience!
