I LOVE Kohl's & your merchandise. I only have 1 complaint. Your shopping carts in your Augusta, Maine store are terrible !!! In short supply as well !! Short little things that you push like a baby stroller & even with few people in the store you can never find one !!! I really wish you would address that issue !! My shopper friends don't like them either !!! Surely, there are better carts out there somewhere !!!!!! Thank you.

I went to KOHL's on 11/12/21in Oviedo. When I went to pay for my items the cashier named Joyce was so professional, super helpful, friendly and pleasant to chat with. I wish there were much more people like her. Hope she is there when I return. Love the way she provides CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Joyce!

Kohl’s is an amazing store! Ive bought all my children’s clothes, shoes, toys, blankets, etc. They have such good deals on everything in their store! GREAT associates! Love everything about Kohl’s! ♥️

Their website is amazing it evens offers you ideas on how to style the clothing you purchase and if you click on the other clothing attires it shows you the cost or other options. Really amazing website!

I have had nothing but great luck with Kohls, people who have issues have NOT really talked with customer service! They are pleasant and responsive anytime I have called...great merchandise!

This review is on the Spartanburg, SC store located on Wade Hampton Blvd. I apparently dropped my debit card while searching for my Kohl's credit card. Paid for my merchandise and left. The next morning I realized I did not have my debit. I phoned the Kohl's customer service and a very kind person named Sandy confirmed someone--bless them--found my card and turned it in. However, this is not just about how kind Sandy was, I have been shopping at this store since 2007, never have I had a representative that was in a bad mood, or unkind in any way. I cannot remember all their names, but I the past 2 times shopping I had the same rep, Anthony. I have been very impressed with all the representatives working at Kohl's, which makes my shopping experience a joy. Kohl's is my first 'go to store' for everything. Thank you!

I want to say that I had an excellent experience at Kohl’s in Royersford PA. Manager Matt went above and beyond to help me make my shopping experience great today! I was shopping a big mirror and he helped me on everything he could. I want to say thank you very much to him for all his help.

Thank you Piggy saved again at Kohls for Autumn Wear. Ole Ole Ole
