I just ordered from kohls I just got doubled my order & it doubled my price. I called them to ask them why they charged me so much & why my order had double on everything I ordered( which I ordered 9 items). They said I did it. There is no way I hit 2 on 9 things I ordered & doubled my cost. Then they said send it back for a return.

Kohl's has nice clothing, but remember during this time of COVID when we are all need to shop online that Kohl's will not allow you to return items for free... you must pay to return the items (which is costly)!! THERE ARE MANY SMALL BUSINESSES THAT CAN'T AFFORD THIS THAT WILL LET YOU TRY ON ITEMS, BUT MAKE YOU WANT TO SUPPORT THEM!!

First of all, I needed new shoes for work because of the covid pandemic (I am a nurse), and this was surprisingly one of the only places that still had the crocs on the clock shoe. Okay so great, I ordered it, and they sent me the wrong size! I cant even get in touch with anyone on the phone which is super frustrating because I would like to exchange the shoe for the correct size. I know that the stores are closed, which is why its confusing on their exchange policy for online orders. The customer service on the phone is infuriating because it keeps looping you back through the same options and at no point does it offer for you to speak with a real person. 0 out of 10.

While Kohls.com is easy to order from in this time of the COVID-19 virus the return policy is NOT. You can not return items to a store due to closings and unless it is the fault of Kohls you can not get a return label. You have to return items at your own expense or wait until the stores open and incur interest on your credit card in the meantime. Do NOT order from Kohls.com!

Customer service is horrible. And why aren't they offering free return shipping on online orders since all of their stores are closed during the virus outbreak?? Going to think twice before shopping at Kohl's again.

Being an MVP credit card holder got you certain benefits like free shipping. Always. This is no longer and extremely frustrating when all stores are closed. I will shop somewhere else. Tired of their changing games.

Why did the Kohl's app change recently? I can't see the back side of jeans anymore on the models. My choice of buying jeans depends on what the back of the jeans look like. Do they have small pockets or big. Are they high or low and the width of the pockets make my purchase a go or a no go. I no longer buy jeans from the app anymore.

I ordered a watch from Kohls on Monday. I received an email the following day stating my order has been shipped. However, there is no way I can track the package and I have no idea when it is coming in. They were quick to take the money out of my account but can't send me shipment information. Is this a problem people deal with often?
