Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

Website is okay ..items are priced good but when it comes to applying the promo codes they don't help and don't want to transfer to a supervisor. Kohls will have you thinking you are saving by using the promo codes but in reality you are paying the same price . Not fair will not be shopping with them again after my order is delivered .

I recently placed two orders and slowly received partial orders from the larger of the two orders. Last night, I was to receive a 2-piece outfit, it came with only one piece. Called customer service to get the item resent, and was told I’d have to wait until I received the remainder of my order because you can only claim missing items once per your entire order!!!! Today, I was to receive the remaining items on my orders and two items were missing from the package. Where is their quality control? Shouldn’t orders be checked and then checked again to make sure all of the items on the shipping list are in the package? On top of this, the items I ordered, are no longer available and it’ll take 7-10 days for them to refund my money. But hey, for my inconvenience they’re going to give me $5 in reward certificate to use in the next ten days. Seriously!!!

I placed an order for several items on Black Friday. Some items were delivered, some said they would be delivered (but never were) others continued to say "in fulfillment" on the app and website. When contacting customer service I was told that I could call back the next day and if I still did not receive the items, they would reship them. The next day I was told by customer service that they are now unavailable and would not do any type of compensation for their mistake. After talking to a supervisor, she said the same thing (Stephanie) and offered a $25 Kohls cash credit and would refund the items not delivered. I asked if that was for each of the 3 items (value of $465.98) and she said no only $25 total. This comes out to a credit of only $8.33. When the items get refunded, I also wonder if I will be charged back the Kohls cash I received for the order in which case it would cancel out you "offer" of $25 Kohls cash. I am very dissatisfied with the resolution. Typically Kohls does a great job with customer service. This will greatly make me think twice about purchasing doing any "sales" in the future.

The Kohl's website does not let me enter my shipping address. This is the second time 3 weeks apart that I've had this issue. I reload and reload and wait for 25 minutes for help from a chat bot. You are a huge corporation - you need to have a working website during the holiday season.

I don’t know why Kohl’s has a Customer Service department or Fraud department. Neither one of them can help you when you have an issue. They are both a joke. You spend hours on the phone with them with no resolution or they hang up when you want to speak to a supervisor. I wish you could give them a 0 star.

***UPDATE I received a call from someone who stated they were from Corporate headquarters on Friday December 3, 2021 who assured me she was going to check into this and get back with me that day or at the latest by Monday December 6, 2021. It is now Wednesday December 8, 2021 and still no call back. Good news is I have received 1 of the 3 shipments in full. The remaining 2 still have outstanding items some of which has been sitting on a dock at the delivery company less than 10 miles from my home for 12 days now! This is all beyond frustrating!!!! I read an article this weekend that the Kohl's board of directors has lost confidence in their e-commerce division and I can confirm it is not up to Kohl's standards! I have 3 orders from Kohls.com which I have paid for and cannot get delivered. 22 phone calls to Kohl's customer service department have resulted in no resolution. When I called Kohl's corporate office, I was transferred back to customer service department. I called again and they put me thru to a voicemail. The excuse I keep getting for the items not being shipped is that they are very busy, well I am sorry your business is flourishing by taking money from customers and not delivering the products.

I wish I could give them no stars. I will never shop with Kohl's again. The company is crooked and shady! You can not even get a human on the phone, everything is via chat/text. And the agent can disconnect the convo at anytime, leaving u hanging without warning, after waiting for hours to get them to reply. So here's my main issue with this unprofessional company, apparently they fail to mention and warn u that when placing an order online (I'm in CA,) the prices change at 10pm. They run on CST. Where does kohls state that or warn u about that? I am definitely returning my 2 large orders for them leaving their customers in the dark about this issue. How hard is it to give a simple heads up? Absolutely ridiculous! Buyers beware placing online orders.

One of the worst credit cards I ever had they are so ride and clueless on customer service. Canceled my card. I now go to boscov's. Better for my wallet and my soul
