Khol's removed my mostly positive review of a purchased item because of some truthful negative comments. Don't trust any reviews you read on Khol's and frankly I no longer trust Khol's at all.

Kohl’s cash is a scam. I ordered 2 mirrors and they come completely shattered!! When I call to get a refund. They would only would give me a partial refund since I had spent the kohl’s cash! I wouldn’t have even went to kohl’s if I didn’t have the kohl’s cash!!! Call and no one can help you! Returned damaged items that was their fault and just get a partial refund! Ridiculous! Kohl’s is terrible from shipping to customers service!! Never using kohls.com again!!!

I find it BS that Kohls can’t issue a gift receipt after I placed my online order. I tried in store yesterday and they said they couldn’t but I could call the number on my card and they could email me a gift receipt. I just called and even though I had my order number and the product info they said they couldn’t either. Guess I’ll return it and purchase a product somewhere else

Every time you have a problem with an order you end up speaking to some random person in the Philippines that is difficult to understand and doesn't fix the problem. I've now had this happen 3 times, and I am DONE. I've shopped with Kohls for nearly 20 years, many times a month. I am SHOCKED at how poorly this business is currently managed. Packages delivered to incorrect addresses and I'm told I have to get the stranger to return it to a store (when they live hours from the closest store) or be charged for the items. Orders cancelled by them that will not arrive on time now. 30 days for refunds to the card after the items are received. And unreasonable customer service reps in a foreign country. And Kohls Cash NOT SPENT but refunds have that amount subtracted anyway?!!! What a rip off company. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered slippers way back in beginning of November. The order was confirmed and I received all except one item in the order. That item was supposed to be delivered on Nov 23. It never arrived, and I never received any updates except to say that the order was in progress. I called to find out that they were out of stock. This is a Christmas present and I would have appreciated knowing that the item was no longer available sooner. Kohls needs to do a better job with that sort of communication instead of tying consumers to the hope that their order will arrive before Christmas.

Kohls USED to be one of my favorite websites to shop on. Not anymore. They lose your orders/items, tracking numbers are useless, and like everyone else is saying- customer service is THE WORST! They do nothing to resolve your issues. They are obviously reading from a script and when you ask for a supervisor, if you are allowed to speak to one, they are also useless. Such a shame. Kohls- you are losing a LOT of customers, including me. I'll go elsewhere.

Buyers Beware of ONLINE ordering that needs shipping. I should have learned my lesson from last year’s ordering on Black Friday & Cyber Monday. Last week I purchased a number of gift items for my family. Some of the items were picked up in store, & that worked great. Delivery Khols gave when purchasing my items was 11/30-12/3. My online order number shows shipped with a tracking numbers for each item. I received 8 items already under one track number. The remainder of 7 items shows shipped. Khols email on 11/30 stated "Your full order has shipped"!. When I clicked on USPS link for tracking the items, it states "Label Created, not yet in system". Found out from USPS once before all that means is the Company printed the label, but as not given to USPS for pick-up. When I called today to follow up with Khols Customer Service, he was not sure why I had not received package. Then after checking, he said now delivery might be 12/13. This is poor customer service, Khols gives you a delivery timeframe when ordering, which you accept. They charge your credit card the day of order, not at shipping time. I ordered Christmas gift (same day) from Macy's, Amazon, Boscov's Department, Costco and all items have already been delivered. This is the last time I will order from Kohl’s or use their credit card. It’s not worth the hassle to wonder if you will have the presents on time for the Holidays, I will buy from another Retailer.

Kohl’s online ordering is the worst. Tracking information is a lie. Customer service is lie as well
