I placed a large Christmas order, not realizing that I still had my old address on file. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Customer service cannot change the shipping address and it can take up to 30 days for the return to show on my card. I asked how people are supposed to then get the products that they ordered without having the original order returned. The representative asked me to be quiet and did not answer my question.

You cannot cancel an order once you hit order. The cancel button is desensitized and says it cannot be cancelled, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ROBBERS!!

I took time away from my family on Thannksgiving to order Christmas pj's like I do every year. This year was so exciting because it will be my grandsons first Christmas. Kohls failed to ship the part of the order with his and his parents pj's even though the app should shipped. Now after 3 weeks I have to try to find some elsewhere. This is highly unacceptable

Ordered on line a pair of men's levis, was sent wrong pair, took to store to return and was not refunded shipping, this was Kohls fault not mine, so sent wrong pair and kept my money! So wrong, never order again!

Kohl's has a marketing program where you get to pick a product and pay just the shipping cost. It is a fraud. I did that. Put in all my credit card information and when the charge came up it was for 2 other products in addition to what I ordered adding up to almost $40. I contacted customer service immediately. Order placed 8:59AM, called to cancel 9:03. The rep told me it was too late the order had been processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be refunded immediately. Just looked at my email and my card was charged. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. I've spent thousands of dollars at Kohl's and they should be ashamed.

I spoke someone who told me they would delete my 90 day late payments if I closed off the account and paid in full which I did and today I talked to Harold and he told me that they are not able to do good will deletions but they would refund a portion of my my late payment fee. I was told it would get deleted so I simply want my 90 day late payments deleted as agreed upon.

I placed an order on the phone. I gave the lady my address and the order got shipped to another address. I asked what my options were and was told I could get a refund and reorder the items. I asked could I get the same price and was told no because those were Black Friday deals. This was this mistake NOT mine. I asked for the refund and DID NOT place another order. I was also told I would get a $30 coupon in my email for my trouble, still haven't got the coupon.

Please check your kohl's return refund and you'll find how kohl's reduce and promotions you never received and that was part of the sales transaction. If you put a few items in one order, you will receive less than half after you returned all of them. All this Kohl's cash is a BS and I will do my shop at M or J after this. Kohl's is making profit off the returns. Be a wear of that.
