I put an item in my cart that was 29.99 ("was 40.00). Then I applied 10.00 kohls cash and a 20% coupon (-4.00) Total, with my state sales tax of 1.02 is , 17.01. But the blue button to "Place Order" said "Place Order 25.51". I thought maybe something just didn't "catch up" because I can see the total of 17.01 in my cart. I took a screen shot of the cart showing this. I clicked submit, and order confirmation comes up with item subtotal 29.99, then Kohls Cash and Promos shows 6.00 and then showed the Take20Off discount as -6.00 (20% of 29.99) so it only reduced by 6.00 instead of 14.00. Called, was on hold forever, gave up and went online to chat, 840 people ahead of me, went to store (I had chosen ship to store) they said I had to call customer service. Still on hold. No more. Order 6227737002 btw. I have something I bought on black friday for myself but I think I will just bring it back and get it somewhere else. And of course won't get all my money back because they'll probably deduct the Kohl's cash that I TRIED but didn't use on this order...

First, I ordered four packs of Men's Jockey Midway Boxer Briefs from the Kohl's website. Then several days later, they sent me an email saying they only had one package of the product. Okay fine, but then what I got in the mail was completely different than what I ordered...unexceptable. The package was worn and looked like some one might have even tried the boxer briefs on. They were all wadded up. It was a mess. I thought Kohls was a reputable company. I will never shop there again. Pitiful

Just spent 3 nights talking with customer service and they were absolutely horrible. Rude! Snippy! Lying! Worst customers service I've ever dealt with. After 20 years we are done with Kohl's.

I ordered from them on black Friday and received part of my order. After not hearing from them after two weeks I called and talked to someone and he told me the other part of my order was out of stock and he would cancel and refund my order. The pending charge was taken off my credit card but two days later appeared again and I received an email it had shipped. When I received the package they had sent me a full size bedding set in a box marked king size which I had ordered and paid for. I lost the black Friday savings and the 30 dollar kohls bucks and since it was a gift had to replace it. What a rip off!!!

Kohls.com customer service are rude lazy at there job I will not buy anything again from kohls

I was visiting family in Atlanta, and I ordered 2 items I needed for Christmas. I scheduled the delivery to the Atlanta address which was supposed to deliver on 12/22/2021. One item arrived, but the other did not. Today is 12/29/2021, and I have traveled back home and am no longer in Atlanta. I can see that the 2nd item has a label created but it still has not shipped. Now I no longer need the item because it's too late. Trying to find a phone number for Kohl's customer service is a challenge. Normally, you can go to the bottom of a company's website, and they have a "contact us" link, but when you click on Kohl's "contact us" link, it only gives you a list of frequently asked questions, but no phone number. When I tried to do a chat with them on their website, I asked for their customer service phone #, and the chat box kept "churning" and I never received a response. After spending approx. 15-20 minutes of searching, I finally found a number to call. When I called the number, the cell connection was terrible, as the call kept breaking up on us. Very stressful. I'm hoping that my order was cancelled, and a refund will be forthcoming. Time will tell. I will never shop at Kohl's again.

I ordered something for for a family member and they cancelled my order and I never received email about it and I never got my refund and I called them and they said I was never charged but my bank statement says I was charged I will not shop there a again

Kohls is guilty of fraud in my opinion. They sell product online & can’t deliver it. I ordered Nov 21 & is still not delivered on December 29. If I don’t receive a full refund I will take them to court. All customers need to take action & take them to court. Do not buy from Kohl’s!
