Worst credit card website! Every month I'm unable to use the website to pay my bill and have to call customer service to do so. Why even have this option if it doesn't work? This is the only website that I have problems with

Two issues: 1) Returned item and lost my Kohl’s cash that was used for a little of purchase! Called Kohls and spent 20 minutes repeating myself to the rep! 2). At Christmas I purchased some Kohl’s gift cards to use as gifts and didn’t end up needing them. Took them to Kohls to pay my bill but they refused to let me use them. Guess I will go to the store and purchase $100 of worthless items and then immediately return to get the cash and apply that to my card. These rules are utterly ridiculous as they got their money for the gift card and now I am not allowed to use! POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

If you think a wrist watch is jewelry raise your hand.....put it down Kohl's said it is NOT jewelry. If you go into a Kohl's looking for a watch do you go to the shoe department or the clothing department ​you go to the jewelry department right ? A watch was given to me as a gift. I just wanted to exchange it not return it. I was told," a watch is NOT jewelry that Kohl's has a new policy of 30 days. Due to Covit 19 our Governor asked everyone to stay at home unless a true emergency. I didn't think going to a department store was an emergency. I waited 60 days Kohl's said you're stuck with it. The manager pointed to a tiny sign LESS than 1/8 inch high and said this is our NEW policy, sorry, you're stuck with it.

I bought a shirt for a Christmas gift that was too small. I came to the oxford store to exchange but only smaller sizes available. They told me I had to come back another day because only exact exchanges was all they could do. This is the weekend right after Christmas and I live a hour away. You claim Hassel free returns. Not true this was very inconvenient. I live a hour away and still have a useless item that could've been put on a gift card abs picked out something else. Not a fan anymore.

I love shopping at Kohl's and usually spend upwards of $100 and more each time. However, despite the fact that I have a good credit rating I am always denied a Kohl's credit card. I'm good enough for you to take my cash, but not extend credit? I would shop and spend much more if I were treated as a valued customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere with the other stores credit cards.

Worst online ordering experience EVER. I was approved for a Kohls card and tried to buy a pair of shoes with the 35% discount that went with it. No matter how many times I entered the promo number and it said it was applied, the amount to be charged didn’t reflect it. And that was AFTER it kept saying I had 2 of the items in my cart and sending me back to start shopping every time I tried to correct it. I am not able to drive, so I have to order online, but I will be buying the same shoes on another site. This is ridiculous.

Waited so long in my car for drive up pick up and they never came out and didn’t get it

Kohls is falling into a deep hole. Orders aren't delivered and you never get the Kohl's cash for online orders. Tried to contact customer service and all I get is multiple choice questions. No human to help. Very disappointed ☹️ order 6183450400 missing. So is kohls cash
