I ordered clothing online from Kohl's and not only did it come later then the initial delivery date, but the security tags were still attached to every piece of clothing I received. The point of online ordering (mostly during this pandemic) is to stay in the safety of your home.. Well, now I have to go to the store to get the security tags off and put not only myself in danger of catching COVID-19 but also put my elder grandparents who I live with and care for in danger. Thank Kohl's..

It makes NO sense that customers are allowed to purchase clothes, take them home, and return them to the store if they don't fit but aren't allowed to try them on in the store due to fitting rooms being closed. They need to make sure their COVID-19 policies make sense.

Kohl’s shipping has gotten way out of hand. I usually order online because lately they don’t have the items in the store. Not only in the last couple of orders with multiple items are the items shipped at different times & in different shipping methods, it also takes almost 10 days or more to get your items. There has been times when I get an order before an order I ordered earlier. It is very frustrating.

I received my items over 3 days in 5 different packages. I assume they were all coming from different places. Two of the items I ordered were short so I go to ship them back and I had to pay the shipping. Never again will I order from them.

I had an extremely negative experience with Kohl's. Yeah, it's have a big choice of stuff and promises fast delivery. But some people write here that their order was canceled and the money wasn't returned. The same thing happened to me! It's not okay, it shouldn't happen like this. It's like the shop doesn't even care about its customers!!! I'm very angry and I'll never order here again.

I recently Purchase Items off there Website for the Mother day sale & when I received My items Which came From Ohio, My clothing Came in the shipping bag with no protection ( If the Bag Had Ripped All of my items Would Have been Exposed or gotten Dirty from the elements) They stuffed a Bigger Item in a small Box which could have caused damage to the item. It would have been better to ship the clothing in a box with padding They ship Me two pair of the same jeans when I order two different jeans styles & color. Their policy for shipping is insane if they mess up your order, you pay for return shipping. which is the only way to return items due to Covid-19 having business closed & stay in place order in effect. overall after an hour of chat with customer service, they were gracious enough to send the pair I was missing . after all that they place the order for the same pair of jeans that I have two pair of already and know they are saying nothing they can do... so now I will have 3 pair of the same color jeans smh!
