So frustrating. I need to change my cell phone number for my Kohl's account. Clicked on for the code they request to be sent to my email address. Attempted several times. Never received the code. The other option is for the cell phone that I deactivated. Tried multiple times calling customer service and they want personal information on the automated service and then when I do get a real person, cannot get the person to change it. Sounds like a scam with the people wanting me to hang up, wait for a code (which I never got over my landline phone either) then for them to call me back for the code. All just to change my cell phone number.

I have a post office box for my mail but included my home address in my account. In January the store refused to use my card and said I had to call customer service. they sent me a letter stating they did not have my street address. I went online and made sure it was on my account. I also returned the letter with my address. Today again the store refused my card and now being told their was a fraud alert and the card was on hold. How many times do I need to give my street address. I will never shop at Kohls again.

I have been a happy Kohl’s customer for many years, until today. My kohls cash had expired on February 14 and had $109. 37. When I went to a customer service to reactivate the Kohls cash for a purchase that I was about to make. The associate was not able to help. As a next step, I called the on line customer service where I spent 30 min explaining my situation in a suffocating face mask, and with my tired child next to me. I have asked for a supervisor because I could not get help, the person was bargaining with me and offered $10 instead. I was not able to get a name of the associate who was handling the call nor the supervisor who was refusing to speak to me. It is really despicable how Kohl’s treats their own customers.

I've been a Kohl's customer since they arrived on the scene. The company reported one late payment on my credit card dated AUGUST 2017 and was the ONLY CREDITOR to make such a report and maintain it on my credit report. It will cost me THOU$AND$ of additional interest in buying a new car. Annette Walker of the President's Office couldn't care less. I will NEVER buy anything from Kohl's again. DON'T USE THEIR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!! Check out Amazon.com, it's MUCH MUCH MUCH better.

DO NOT USE THEIR STUPID CREDIT CARD!!!! I went to Kohl's about two months ago to buy something. The clerk used my Kohl's card for the discount. I decided to pay the balance right then and there. I thought it went through, but apparently it did not. So, my balance was on their card, unbeknownst to me. Two months go by and I get a notification in the mail of a late fee. I try to pay the late fee on the phone, but it doesn't go through, so I go into the store to pay. The stores do not have your information, which is the dumbest crap I've ever heard. Anyways, the clerk gives me customer service number, which is the same number I used, but this time it goes through. I here what my balance is and apparently a credit was added to my account from something I must have taken back months ago and my balance was taken down before I paid what I did that day. Essentially I overpaid. I get ahold of the customer service rep. On the phone and she tells me that I will get a check in the mail. So basically, I had credit in my Kohl's account this whole time and was still charged a late fee for the purchase I made two months before. I checked my credit report and kohls sent an inquiry and my credit report dropped 88 points. That's quite high for an original 40$ charge. WOW POS COMPANY.

buyer beware as a customer i ordered online, a pair of shoes processed payment with Visa card and kohls charged my purchase to kohls card,I just use kohls for there kohls cash so when I use card only in store I go right to service desk to keep my balance at 0 so beware they will charge your kohls card so they get the interest , I don't know how they do it but they did, then put a late fee on credit report, then returned late fee and said they would fix it on my credit report and been since Sept 2021 and still not fixed with repeated calls and 4 hrs on the phone. thanks kohls for the horrible service and lies. my 2nd favorite thing id talking to customer service reps in Dominican republic that just tell you what you want to here and not fix anything, this just gives me another reason for me and my friends. neighbors. and every person I talk to to boycott kohls, my daughter worked there and said this wasn't the only time she has heard this happening. think twice about getting kohls card , this may happen to you. Para mi la peor tienda por departamento es increíble para uno hacer una devolución tiene que ir directamente a la tienda porque para hacerlo vía correo es un maldito crucigrama y el servicio al cliente son peores por favor no compren en esta tienda para que no tenga un dolor de cabeza

I shipped a pan set to a friend. Neither of us recieved Kohl's bucks. It was enough to make me not return or purchase on line again. Yes I did reach out to corporate. No response.
