Horrible customer service. Kohls lost my online order. Was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. They want me to wait another week even though the post office can’t find it. They will not send me new pair of pants or refund my money! I had been a loyal customer for 20 years or so. Good bye!

I will never order from them again. Very dissatisfied with the company they used to deliver.

In the convenience of my home I made an online purchase only to receive the incorrect color and was told to come into the store to return my purchase which is another inconvenience for me. That is why I ordered online in the beginning to avoid the inconvenience. What I ordered was needed for a cruise trip that I was taking but now I have to shop somewhere else and hopefully I can get what I really needed before my cruise.

I ordered a coat for my daughter.They charged my account and then went into my wife’s account and charged her for the same coat.When she found out her account was over the limit, she called and explained that I ordered it. They turned around and charged my account for another one.she received it in the mail and took it back.After calling 4 different times filling a dispute they said I ordered 2 coats and have to pay for them both.How stupid are people why would I order 2 the same coats.they are the dumpiest people ever. Now I’m stuck, You want me to pay for 2 coats well send the other one. After I’m done paying off this account they can stick it. I wouldn’t recommend kohls to my worst enemy.

I am so dang sick of the customer service over the phone at Kohls. I received a call regarding a matter, and through resolving it, the lady was snarky and rude. I was polite to her and she hung up on me. Not the first time I have been hung up on by these people either. This time I went to lodge a complaint. I was routed to an SV that was supposed to be on the line waiting for me, and instead I waited on hold 20 mins, and got a VM. I have been a GREAT customer at KOHLS. I will NEVER shop here again. You have hung up on me fkr the last time, and then the fiasco today sealed the deal. Once my small balance on my card is paid off, I will just add the card to my drawer until you decide to turn it off. Way to go Kohls. You really know how to boost customer morale! 😡 DONE!!!

So frustrating! I ordered 2 watches on line. Then I got an email saying the order was canceled. I called customer service and they couldn't figure it out, then they said my phone number was invalid. He said just try again. I did! Same thing happened, and no reason was given. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Beware if you are a customer shopping in the plus size department. Today you only get 5% off Sonoma t-shirts. All other sizes have a sale price of 24% off. Also, when they have buy 2 for $xx check the other department. Customers there only have to buy one item to get the sale price for the exact item.

I'm so mad at Kohl's....I was looking for a Salad Shooter for my mother-in- law, and Kohl's did not have it in their store, so I placed the order online..I placed my order on a Wednesday and they did not ship it until Friday which is ridiculous then once it was picked up on Friday it did not move Saturday and Sunday and UPS finally shipped it on Monday that's 4 days my item did not move and it's ridiculous to take almost a week to get my item from Jacksonville Mississippi to Indiana... I'm not sure why these so called department stores or even in business because you can't buy what you're looking for in the store you have to go online and buy it then you got to take a chance of somebody getting a hold of your credit card information and committing fraud..I'll never shop at Kohl's again.. I've also found that other department stores are the same way when it comes to wanting to buy an item and their their store you can't you have to go online and buy it.... This world of ours has got to be very lazy and just don't care about customers....
