Lame excuse for a department store there policy is stupid and absurd you make an or and only have 30min to change when in the world is that possible. I hope this store rots in hell just like other depaments store did. They are a lame excuse for being a store DO Not order from there I mean do not worthless scums but it not CS service fault it the ceo or owner of the 💩.

In December I bought a dress in my local Florida store and put it on my Kohl's credit card which was assigned to my previous address in Los Angeles, where I used to live with my family since my home in Florida was under construction. 10 days later I contracted Covid with severe complications, I could not move, eat, talk, I had a feeling I am dying, at the same time my family in L.A. had moved to a new house so all their mail was redirected to their new address. After a month and a half still with post Covid pneumonia I made a trip to stay by my family. A month later I received a letter to pay my balance with late charges of $40. Called Kohl's to explain what happened over this period of time. My illness, me and my family moving, asking to wave late payment charges.The customer service was like deaf trying to convince me everything was my fault. I mentioned to them that over my 31 year living in this country this was the first time ever customer service treat me so cold and ruthless.Next this sneaky people pretended they waved my late payment, I paid my main balance over the phone, when suddenly started receiving bills by mail with late payments, every month increasing it by like $50. I started hating and avoiding this store and want to warn all to stay away from it. I guess this business is being in trouble and trying to recover all they can to avoid closure.

Horrible customer service in Hixson, TN. A mens classic solid colored Croft & Barrow button up shirt was taken back for an exchange. They told me to go get another. I got the correct size I needed but they said that the shirt was now $4.00 on clearance when it has a tag of $50 and they looked up what I paid for it. They wouldn’t even honor an exchange. This store has done this before. Exchanges are NOT honored with tags still. I will quit doing business with them.

I purchased a cookwear set, Bobby Flay brand, with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. The Teflon came off and a pan was replaced. After a few years the Teflon has came off a second pan. I called and was offered a 20% discount that I can easily obtain from simply signing up for emails. I explained I have a binding warranty that states that a pan of equal or greater value will be given for any type of defects. They told me the company was out of business and that was all they would be offering.

Kohls has the worst customers services I've ever experienced I open credit card from Kohl's I closed it after bad experience I have Even you call headquarter customer services Same as store customer service Will never shop at Kohl's For that reason Kohl's revenue declining

I have been a loyal Kohls customer for over 20 years. The changed they have made are going to change that. Adding Sephora to my local store is mind boggling. Customers can see the Sephora in the local mall from Kohls two sets of doors. Other mind boggling changes include drastically reducing brands and selection size. No more Chaps brand, no fine jewelry, horrible selection if their signature brand Croft and Barrow. Gloria Vanderbilt is practically non-existent. If the powers that be think these changes will help the company, they are sorely wrong. These changes will drive away those of us who have made the majority of our clothing purchases there for years. I will miss you Kohls. I don’t know you any longer.

Over the last month I have purchased 3 breakable items: dish sets, corningware and a glass centerpiece. All were delivered broken. The wrapping material is small bubble wrap with no other materials in a thin cardboard box. The USPS probably dropped the boxes a few times during the delivery process. With the inferior packaging materials the items, the items shattered. I won't make any further purchases on kohls.com.

Ordered jeans to be delivered to me on assignment. This was the address they said in the order it was being shipped to. Currently, shipping to my home address (billing address). Their solution I should send it back. I won't be back home for about 12 weeks! I will be mailing them back as soon as I get home regardless of their condition after sitting out for three months in the rain on their dime. Hope they enjoy the same level of service they gave me...garbage.
