Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

At Pickerington, OH , Kohls. I used to love to shop here. Very Disappointed, petites dept is practically gone but instead replaced with a huge Sephora, womens Plus and toys. I’ve shopped here for over 30 years and bought petite clothes, it has now been reduced to the smallest department.

After Kohl's deducted 40% on a Christmas return I vowed not to return. Unfortunately, I relented. Went to the Royersford store for men's sneakers. Their selection was poor. Only one style men's white. I had a coupon for "this day only" but upon checkout was informed it did not apply to that brand and quite a few others. Walked out. Wasted my time. Back to Amazon. And these companies wonder why Amazon is eating their lunch.

I would give Kohls in Knightdale, NC a 0 but it is not on the review. Racism and discrimination is very much alive. I visited Kohls to return an Air fryer that was never open. It is in perfect condition. We are black people. The customer service employee is white. We are clean respectable people. The lady appeared to be nervous for no reason at all. Then the unthinkable happened. She called for back up. We couldn’t and still do not understand why she would do that. We are good looking clean and respectable people. I’m turning in my Kohls card and I hope one day she will turn in her racist card.

Bought online, returned, been over a month..called 3 times to resolve...cost me $9+ to return (have documents to show)...zero help to credit the $29+ charge Lost a long term customer!!!!

I received a gift that I wanted to replace with something else. The price tags were on the items returned but Khol's gave me about 60% of the value since I didn't have the receipt. Who has the receipt on a gift? Never again will I buy anything from Kohl's...

Don't be fooled by Kohl's cash. Even if the product returned was clearly defective, they will not refund the Kohl's cash portion of the purchase price, so you end up purchasing something you really didn't want at their inflated regular prices. These folks have it all figured out for their benefit. Lesson learned, I'll never shop there again.

This company has changed. They no longer give excellent customer service.l, too much emphasis on Sephora versus clothes people actually wear, pricing and billing issues As a result after speaking with a rude representative I decided to cancel my account. They reported it as if they closed it making my credit report take a 39 point hit!

Had to close my account after several years. My account was used with out authorization in December and kohls has screwed up fixing it...still getting issues because nobody in their accounting can add or subtract. Called customer support and get we will file a fraud claim to fixing it then screwing it up again, being transferred to a department that cant help me or its after hours and I can't leave a message. I can't send them a message because all they do is copy paste a response to call the very people that can not fix the problems.
