Ordered some black out curtains on May 6th. May 10 I received a notice that the item was shipping. Its May 30, still haven't received my order received a survey on how much i like the product that i never received. so I called Kohls.com. was told UPS never picked it up. No notice from Kohls, nothing. So Kohls has my money and they don't do anything even though they can clearly see that the item never shipped. Will never shop at Kohls again.

Kohls website is basically unusable! I've had an account for YEARS and I had Kohls cash, naturally I went online to redeem them. Even before Covid, I prefer to shop online due to my girls, 7 and 8. It's just easier. I've had to change my password multiple times to try and log in to access my rewards. Took all day. Unacceptable. Moving on to somewhere with a functioning website.

I returned 2 items by ups because there is no store anywhere near us. Kohls refuses to reimburse me the $13.96 I had to pay to return them. I will no longer give them my business.

Poor. Poor.Poor company. Customer service terrible. Destination delivery companies they employ are terrible. DONT ORDER TO HAVE SHIPPED.

Horrific company with horrific customer service. Most of their stores are running horrible, with horrific incompetent staffing.

The clothing is horrible! What's going on? I was looking for a sundress and they were just the ugliest I have ever seen. I always bought the Jennifer Lopez design or Vera Wang. But the style is just awful. Looks like Little House on the Prairie clothing. Please rethink your purchases!!!

I am not happy with Kohl's or their customer service. I am no longer shopping at Kohls. Their customer service is rude and not helpful. Website is not user friendly.
