Maybe you guys should figure out how tf the kohls cash card works, wasted an hour and a half of mine in the store just to lock my mf account cuz they didn’t know wth they were doing, I’m so beyond disappointed

I just found out that my order, I placed on June 21, 2022 was delivered to old address, because this address was only address on file.when placing the order I had address to go to my PO Box in Griffith. IN because I didn't want to pickup at the Southlake Mall this company didn't call or notify me. I just phoned and spoken with Jorge 13V4 in customer service and he and the company had the nerve to insult me with a $20 Kohl's cash, I hung up phone but the sent information to my email anyway. I have to get help due to bring ill to hoget my package, I paid over $75 for and this is what they offer me. Refund me my money Kohl's take the time to call your loyal customers before leaving packages somewhere they're not suppose to be left

This is the second time I had this happen, No More, I Will NEVER Shop Kohls Again. I paid my bill in full 15 days early only to get a bill in the mail with a late fee attached. I tryed to call and clear this up 3 people later I had to get online to pay the balance I did owe, they told me I would have to pay an additional $4.95 to pay them on the phone My paid in full amound was 63.80 15 days EARLY! they took my payment today online with no issues using the same method I have had with them stored in my account. Funny I got extra fees and my payment today was going to be 98.80. I paid my amount due that I made 15 days early again this morning. Kohls can Kiss my fanny if I will pay those late fees. Sue me, ruin my credit I don't care. They were the only account I left open. I told them to close it, we'll see if that happens. I put a lock on all three credit service to protect myself. This is the second time this happend to me. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

i walked in and immediately started getting asked questions and followed, i found it weird at first but just let it go, i had quite a few items but i didn’t think it would be a problem, i went into the fitting room to try on the clothes i bought and i hear on the walkke talkke something about me and items i have, i felt disrespected and attacked. once i left the fitting room i put everything back because i wasn’t going to give my money to a disrespectful store. immediately the women attacked me with odd questions and she went and checked my fitting room. she came out with an empty package and questioned me more, called for backup, and they all started being rude and disrespectful to me so i left. will never be going back and i’m a usual customer to khols. i’m so utterly confused and disappointed.

You know it's pretty sad there are people out here in this world who want to work and have the background for your company. But you turn them down. Because you dint get to know the person face to face. Who would want to work for a company like kolhs. Thank God I didn't get the job horrible customer service anyway just a person looking for a job.

I became familiar with Kohl’s because of Amazon returns. So one day I got a Kohl’s credit card, and I ended up closing my Kohl’s credit card about three months after I got it, because I discovered Kohl's has high prices and poor quality clothes! Prices are jacked up then reduced to almost-regular price with their gimmicks, including Kohl’s cash, etc.

This Kohl's is the new KMart. Kohl's back in the 90's was actually a very customer friendly department store. Now is a completely different atmosphere. I was at the Cordova, TN store at 8:30 PM with my daughter and passed four employees all near the men's dept registered. I looked at each employee and smiled. NOT a single employee even glanced at me let alone greeted or asked if I needed any help. There was a definite vibe of distain from all of the employees there. I never ask for help at department stores as I have worked for years in the industry including several years at another Kohl's. One really has to question the hiring practices and how this affects customer service. I will never purchase another item from Kohl's, this store obviously only wants a certain type of customer.

Expensive to expensive .. Kohls cash is garbage 🗑
