I checked out with Galvin today at the Salem NH Kohls. He assisted me with finding my Kohl’s discount on my phone. It’s a new phone that I had just gotten 2 days earlier on Mother’s Day. Galvin was patient, informative and above all si respectful of me the customer. The Salem store is lucky to have him. Thank you Galvin!

I had some issues with a purchase at the Brighton, Mi. store last Tuesday evening, so went to the Howell, Mi store, with what I thought were complicated concerns. However, my associate in returns/customer service department, Gena, was so pleasantly helpful and fixed everything. And, a surprise to me of my purchases being less money than the previous night. Thanks, Gena, you made my day!

Had a great visit. found what I was looking for and had a great check out with Dottie. But, there are never any carts. Not in the store, not in the parking lot or employees bringing more in. I'm 76 yrs. old and I don't want to have to drag those bulky bags you have for my shopping experience. I would shop more if I knew I could do it without having to lug a full bag around the store. I just had to return an item at the Kohl's 9 Mile Road store in Pensacola, Florida. It was an item I had purchased on Amazon. The gentleman who helped me was Austin and he was extremely patient and gracious in dealing with my zero-tech knowledge. I congratulate this young man. Kohl's is very fortunate to have an employee like Austin.

I was shopping at Kohls on John R and 14 mile on Sunday March 27th. The cashier was so helpful, her name is Janice. She actually took the time to show me on my phone how to get a coupon that saved me money. It was very nice to have a pleasant person waiting on me. Thank you Janice.

I needed to find a place to express how excited I am about the new model for the Kohls stores. I'm probably one out of 10 people in the entire world who prefers to go into a store to buy clothing. While I enjoy going into a store to shop...I hate the stores (we wont mention names) that require you to pick through the long racks of various and mismatched clothing items. Those stores offer a deal...and also a headache. I love the organization that a department store offers, and now even more so because the options at Kohls will be more concise and not so overwhelming. Bonus...Sephora?!?! So I get a department store feel, in a compact setting, with big boxstore prices AND a Sephora. Kohls...you've nailed it!
