We placed an order on July 22nd and still have not received it. When we try to track it, it shows that the shipping label has been created, and that is where it stops. Customer service has zero clue about what is going on. Would NEVER shop online with Kohls again!

Unable to pick up an instore pick up order without accessing the email message from my phone, which is not possible. Clerk claimed she couldn't find the order under my name or phone number. Another clerk told me to call the Kohls service line. I told them I would just not pick up the order. Asinine system. Assumes access to technology w/o a backup system. I came home and tried to cancel the order but they won't let me because it is 'in process'.

Hello this is really unbelievable to me I am a doctor and I just received another statement from Kohl's. My bill was for $59 which I paid on time but they are claiming that I did not so they are charging me $30 for a late fee. So the bill was $59 but yet they are charging me $30 for a late fee. THE MOST RIDICULOUS, NON HELPFUL AND MANNERLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even if the product is damaged and needs to be returned or the order was placed 2 hours back and is still not even shipped they cant book a return or cancel the orders. Worst is the unending hold and how ridiculously rude the staff is! Makes KOHLS A BIG NO NO

KHOLS.COM IS HORRIBLE!!!! I PLACED AN ORDER WITH MY 40% COUPON, MY TOTAL WAS $377.02. I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE AMOUNT CHARGED WAS $628.36. THEIR SYSTEM REMOVED MY COUPON FOR SONE REASON!!!!! THE REP AND SUPV JEREMY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO!!!! I WILL BE SENDING ALL OF THIS ORDER BACK AND CLOSING BOTH MYSELF AND HUSBAND'S ACCOUNT OF OVER 20+ YEARS!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

The return department lady treated me like if she was doing me a favor. Very rude and entitled. I left my cart full of merchandise that I was going to buy behind. I explained her that due to her disrespect I was no longer buying all those hundreds of dollars in merchandise, and she responded "ok". She didn't care about losing a client. I regret not noticing her name.

This is the worst department store in the US. There is no quality in their clothing, it's cheap crap that is not worth a cent of your money. And the customer service department have no manners, and are very rude with unpleasant attitudes. The clothing and shoes are of low quality. You can follow wash instructions, but after one wash your clothing will still shrink, fall apart or have holes in it. I don't even trust this company with my personal information anymore.
