Their Petite department stinks and when I tried to trled to tell associates they did not care and 1 was manager. She suggested shopping on line. I said right I need to try on pants and dresses no concern at all. The FB people to register complaint cared less also. I used to shop there multiple times a year. I need clothes and cant find any there. Grr

Terrible!! Ordered 2 backpacks and matching lunch bags for my daughters. Days later received an email that both backpacks were out of stock. Called to cancel the lunch bags. Why do I need the lunch bags without the backpacks? Customer service rep told me that she intercepted the delivery and sent the package back to the store. Once it arrives at the store, they will process the return and credit my account. A day later the lunch bags arrive at my house. Called customer service back. Once again received a rep that had no clue. Would not make this right! There are so many other stores that are trying to help the customer and provide great service, I will not be shopping here again!!! I’ve been a customer since this store opened. Done!!!!

I bought kohls credit card few years back. I called the customer service to close the credit card since i am not using any more. But they did not close credit card even many attempts. It is not fair.

Purchased a mattress and platform bed from kohls online. CA State law, "California Mattress Recovery Act" requires that Kohls provides someone to pick up my old mattress. Customer service refused. Said its not their job. Kohls even has an email for you to set up pickup. No one responds.

Tried to order one pair of shoes on line. Finished order hit “place order” button and got message to call customer service. 40 minutes later, order finally complete. However, now two emails with different tracking numbers comes indicating sending shoes twice. So back to customer service, after 10 minutes agent was useless. Why go online when you end up on phone anyway. So who knows how many pair of shoes are coming, but you can be sure only paying for one. In fact I tried to chat on line too. Virtual assistant told me to donate second pair. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Its like the Better Business Bureau and Clark Howard say, be sure and know their return policy as I found out the hard way. Took a brand new pair of slacks back with original tags on and got a reduced credit back that could only be used in store. Never again!

Kohl's seriously has the worst website ever. Glitch after glitch, slow loading everything and good luck signing in and actually keeping items in your cart. I can't even fathom how much business they lose due to their technological ignorance.

First of all, to all of you complaining about your “order being late” or your “bill wasn’t paid off” etc, those ARE NOT employees problems. these are corporate problems and if you would like to complain about Kohls. Please do not barge into the store like you own the damn place and blame a innocent cashier or customer service worker for a problem that isn’t theirs. If you have a problem, call up corporate and they can help you. If your going to groan and moan about how you didn’t get 50% off on your t-shirt, do it respectfully and don’t be rude to employees.
