I would do a 0 star but not able to. After being a customer of Kohl’s for many years I have no reason to continue to shop there. I did all my shopping in the Petite section for many years at Kohl’s. From dress clothes, t-shirts to shorts and jeans. All my Lee petite jeans and shorts came from Kohl’s. Kohl’s has taken out there petite section and extended the plus size clothing. So if your plus size they have all you need. If you are older or just petite like myself you will not have any clothing to shop. Not sure who or how they make these decisions but it is discrimination against petite women! Very sad after so many years!

First of all the current designs of woman’s clothing is atrocious. The store is jammed packed with clothes over stuffed racks packed with items no one wants. In addition who wants to spend hours going through the stuffed racks to try to find one thing you may want to buy. Staffing is a huge issue in the Spfld Illinois store. I went three times in an attempt to purchase underwear only to find that it would probably take a hour to check out which I declined. I did order the same products online. To much inventory is a result of ugly unflattering designs of clothing. I love simple print tops and dresses but I couldn’t find one top or dress that wouldn’t make me look like I found 40 year old curtains and sewed to make a dress or top. The technology we have today in designing beautiful prints is so readily available. In my humble opinion these designers are not aware of what customers want. Otherwise the inventory would not be still there. The staples like jeans, shoes, socks, undergarments, sleep ware, active ware, solid color staples shirts or shorts are the only things I consider purchasing at Kohl’s now. I did buy a suitcase that I liked this Spring. If I were Kohl’s CEO. I would dump (donate) these ugly overpriced ugly clothes and find some designers who are in touch with what people like. I sold clothing for years and never would sell any of the woman’s clothing hanging in the store and then later moved to discounted stuffed racks. Not to hard to figure that out. I understand the economy and has hurt retail in addition to the pandemic. Men’s clothing seems pretty solid but remember most woman shop for men and would also like to find flattering items for themselves otherwise they will go elsewhere.

I placed an order to have items sent to my home. For some reason everything is being sent to the store. I am annoyed. It is a nightmare going to a Kohls store. I can not reach anyone to change it. Your service is horrible.

I usually love Kohls and buy most of my clothes there. However, recently I purchased 3 Sonoma tees. The material has changed. It is thin and made cheaply. They shrunk in the wash and lost its shape. What a waste! I hope they go back to the original material, or sadly I won’t be shopping here any longer.

I have just encountered the worst customer service from the Khol's customer service call center. They double charged 2 banks accounts paying the entire balance on my account twice. Then when I requested a refund from the account they fraudulently took the 2nd payment from, I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to receive a refund. After speaking with the supervisor, Carlos, he told me there was no supervisor above him to approve an expedited refund, due to Khol's mistake, and repeatedly told me that he could not help me any further.

This store In Carrollton Texas need to shut down , they sell junky garment cheap clothing at higher price ugly colors I won't wear that crap not even for free , sham on you! plus I cannot find my size, I am size medium , they all sell XL XXL xXXL or petite , so I told the store manager change the name of the store call " heavy set" or " fat plus" cheap garment ugly color ethnic wear .... I am in Texas not in Zimbabwe or far India pleaseeeee

With holidays approaching do not purchase Christmas gifts from here. If person doesn't like for any reason, color, size whatever they can not get refund. Exchange only even if don't carry item wanting or exchanging. Doesn't matter if have original or gift receipt, exchanges only no refund. Shop elsewhere to make sure person can get what want, not what kohls wants them to have

You will pay twice. The website created 2 of the same order. 2 separate order numbers. Received and was charged for 2 of everything. They will not send a return label so the cost of returning these items comes out of my pocket. They keep telling me I can drive to the store but why should I pay for the gas and drive 40 minutes for their mistake? When you buy things online your cart is emptied after you complete the purchase. In order to create a another order you have to load the cart again. I did not reload my cart with the exact same items and make another purchase. Shop Target, Zappos or Amazon. Easy websites and great customer service. I bought the wrong size at Target (my fault) and they returned my money and told me to keep or donate the item.
