Just wanted to let you all know that Marcus, manager, in your knightdale store is very arrogant and has a smart ass mouth. If you come across a sign that lists two items for the price of one and it does not state for “each” item, then the customer should be able to purchase both items for that price as advertised. WE as customers don’t know that there aren’t enough “lines” on the advertisement board (Marcus’ comment)! My suggestion: There should have been another advertisement board including price for “each” item or extra lines. Even though Marcus said that he understood this from a customer’s prospective, he still made an inconsiderate reply: “We’re NOT going to change it.” This was my favorite location, but I will have to reconsider somewhere else.

I went to the Kohls in chaska mn have not been their in a long time. I remember going and the store was always full and the staff helpful. This time my experiance was AWEFUL 1. I was looking through the jewelry and 2 workers were standing over the counter chatting and made no note that I was trying to see never acknowledged me or asked if they were in the way just kept chatting and completely blew me off. 2. I went to use your supposid coupon $10 off $25 when I went to pay another dark haired women checked me out and laughed and said oh you can't use that on name brand and dont look at the candy either hahahhaha. RUDE. Honestly what does it matter!!! Your stuff is now so over priced no wonder your loosing. You really need to reevaluate. Kohls use to be a bargain now its over priced out dated name brands the same pair of addidias that your selling for EIGHTY yes EIGHTY dollars sells at Costco for TWENTY!!! I just have no reason to go to Kohls anymore. Sorry i will not be returning. Sticking to Costco walmart and target.

The store is a disaster and customer service has gone downhill! I always use the kohls app scanner due to the fact that the prices are never listed correctly, I scanned a pair of flip flops and it showed they were on sale. When they rang them up at the register it came up that they were not on sale. They would not honor the sale price even though I gave my phone to the cashier and she scanned with my phone and saw for herself that they came up on sale!

Kohls has good products but horrible customer service. Please don’t buy from them. I’ve tried multiple times to explain my issue with them through their review and they keep saying my reviews don’t meet their requirements. kohls is bad.. they sent the wrong size for my kids school uniforms and they will not correct it. Not sure what to do. Hope they lose a lot of customers from here on out.

Don't listen to their "save 35%" advertisement. I applied, was approved and "received" 30% off. Went to use the code and it didn't work. Called their customer service, spent 10 minutes verifying my identity, then had to SPELL out word by word each item I wanted to buy. Finally after getting all my things in this techs cart he told me I got 25% off of $246 and now my total was $235. First off the advertisement said 35% off now I'm down to 25% and second off 25% off of $246 is $184 not $235. What a waste of my time. Don't bother shopping online.

This us the worst place for Mens clothing, Mickey mouse, acdc, pink floyd, skinny. This is choices for grown men, I don’t know who does the ordering? But no surprise they’re ready to go out of business. They all need fired.

Kohls cashier told me my card was declined when it was actually accepted. I even told the cashier my machine said accepted. Kohls took money from me they should not have. The store and corporate will not refund my money

Was an employee. Gave a 3 week notice in the time of notice came down with Covid, as I returned back to finish the rest of my days scheduled the first hour back I was brought to the office Mike Bernhardt from loss prevention was on conference call accusing me ok using $10.00 in kohls coupons that I created for myself. So no documents shown as prove just words out of his mouth. Get this wanted me to sign documents owning up to this. No proof this made me so upset that a company could do this. Never received my last check. Received multiple letters to pay this $10.00 today I paid it cause they was putting this on my credit. Kohls that is horrible you rather falsely accuse someone to let them go over $10.00 and then don’t even pay them last check they were entitled too. Bad company just because I found a better opportunity for myself.
