I went to the Kohl’s store in Rochester hills Michigan this morning. I have not been there in months and had sworn I would never go back. But I thought I would give it one more try, big mistake!!! I wanted to get some lingerie. The department was a complete and utter mess, there was no clerk on the floor at all, ever. After searching the department for at least half an hour I gave up and left, without making a single purchase. Now I know I am done with Kohl’s. Apparently your management is determined you can make enough money from the customers that come by hiring no employees. I guess that makes up for the people who walk out the door or don’t come back

I just received the 2nd part of my order and no change… still a horrible experience with Kohl’s/Sephora. I ordered a primer, Tatcha… it has fingerprints and a black hair in it!

ordered today for pickup today didnt hear any thing from them so called was told would not get it till 21st I asked why I was not notified no reason he was no help we have 2 stores I wanted to see if I could change the store he had no idea worst service

This company is awful. Try buying an e gift card. Wait. I mean don’t! I spent 6 hours on the phone with a call center in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. All said they “fixed” my issue, only to get an email after the call assuring me it most certainly had not.

Kohls online shopping the worst. I called Kohl's after noticing fraud on my account. After research, they deemed the invalid purchases valid and charged me for them. I've not been able to speak with a person and there is no further discussion. Kohl's sucks and to keep my credit record from being ruined by this illegal purchase, I decided to pay the balance. They've now slapped late fees on my closed account for being late last month for a purchase I never made. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KOHL'S AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Long time Kohl's cc holder. For years I could quickly pay my bill online with no problems. This year they changed to a new online system for bill payment and it has been a nightmare. You can't get logged in, it keeps asking to verify you by sending you a code. Once you receive the code and enter it, it kicks you right back to the log in page no matter if you receive the code by email or phone. I am done and paid my bill off. Will no longer use Koh's credit card!
