I always take it upon myself to give a positive review when something positive happens. I was recently at the Kohls in Franklin, TN and found a blouse I loved. Unfortunately, they only had one size in a color I didn't care for... and it had some makeup stains on it. I saw online that they had two other color choices. I went to customer service to see if I could get it shipped to the store nearest me in Spring Hill. I didn't know they no longer offered the Kiosk where I could do that. The lady named Michelle was fabulous and walked me patiently through how to order on the app and get free shipping. Did you know that if you order a product on the app WHILE you are in the Kohls store there is free shipping?!?! I couldn't get it to give me free shipping, but she helped both my mom and I for at least twenty minutes try and get the free shipping. After multiple attempts of putting the item in the cart and then deleting it, the app finally worked. The app itself is horrible, but Michelle was so great and patient. It was my birthday 8/21/80 and her kindness was so wonderful. She deserves to be recognized and praised.

The customer service is horrible, and lines are way to long. The cashier I had was very rude and didn’t like I asked a question they could not answer! She called the manger for help and rolled her eyes . The store manager was very rude and, when I asked for the corporate # she pointed to the back of the store and told me I can get it in the customer service area 🫣! She didn’t know it! Sad part is I just open a Kohl’s card and I’m closing it!

Kohls is a great shop especially when you have just moved to the country and are in desperate need of filling your house! We were served by a wonderful woman called Jeannie who works in the Norfolk VA shop. She couldn’t be more helpful as we had loads of questions and even went onto help us with discounts and information! Couldn’t of been a more pleasant experience all thanks to Jeannie!

Nice customer service.

I went into the Sephora store located in Khols and was blown away with the service I received. I went in clueless when it comes to makeup and was greeted by Olivia, she walked me through the store and answered all my questions with confidence and I loved it. I ended up spending $250 but she made it worth it. I am a recruiter for multiple companies where I live, I can tell you right now, if Olivia was in my town I would scoop her up with the quickness, she is wonderful and I will be going back to see her when I run low on my products.

Recently I needed to find a basic white shirt for a special occasion, after a failed order from a competitor I found exactly what I needed at Kohl’s online. Ordering was easy, the shirt was true to size and delivery was quick. It was a truly a seamless purchase.

We went to the Middletown Kohl’s specifically to purchase the Playtex nursing bra I love. Sadly, we quickly found out they are discontinuing in-person nursing bras but they will continue them online. We had driven 45 minutes so we were bummed, but then Anthony told us there might be some in clearance. A lovely employee who was already helping us (and forgive me that I don’t remember he flowing pretty name) escorted me to the clearance lingerie area. Not only did they have the exact bra I was looking for, in my size, but they had TWO and they were marked down to less than $6 each!!!! Normally two would close near $100. Thank you Middletown Kohls.

This was almost a one star review, I came into Sephora today to be ignored by two associates the one behind the counter was on her phone and when I said hi she ignored me and let out a sigh she was sitting in a chair, I then seen a lady in the front of the store putting away items I asked her if she was the manager of the store I then proceeded to tell her this is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to I explained to her nobody talked to me or acknowledged me or made eye contact, I then was upset and not wanting to come back but she insisted to correct it gave my daughter and I great costumer service helped us find what we were looking for and threw in some sample goodies for us we will definitely be returning thank you Corey for taking the time to change our experience and caring about your customers.
