I called customer service to make a payment on my Kohls charge acct. I needed to use a different debit card to make this payment . I had a very hard time understanding the customer service rep. I asked and he said they are located in Mexico. I just can’t understand these companies make a lot of money off of us and they can’t afford to hire customer service reps in our own country ?? Why ?? I know many other companies do this and it makes me mad.. You make enough money Kohls, you should care enough about your customers to hire from here in U.S A . I want my rep to understand me as I need to be able to understand them.

Kohl's, should be ashamed of there selfs,why? Because I shopped there two times and could not believe what I was seeing prices on merchandise. Boots talking about work boots $ 175.00 dollars is highway robbery and other things this is just one thing. You people in corporate office are very greedy ,rich and the times we live in today with economy way up and see prices like this and more. I will never ever shop there again or even tell people and friends about you but the prices. I'm very serious in this situation for one i believe in God and like I told your employees as well one of the seven deadly sins is creed I hope when you stand in front of the maker you will understand. But for now me I'm writing this review to say would you charge your family this I don't think so. Again, you all thst are higher up in cooperate don't give a damn about your customers at all. I even mentioned this to your employees that I shopped at they agree prices are high sky they do not understand as well. So that's why me and others said Walmart will be our place of sales I hope Kohl's closes there doors one day . As I said cooperate people would you do this to your family hell no but how are people like me and others are supposed to buy and get things we need with people like you . And the day last day I shopped this elderly lady got shoes she needed and for slip on $42.00 + tax . It's so sad it is and I hope if your conchence is not bothering you about it then one day karma is going to hit you so hard and God hates ugly. And if I had a chance I would give no stars..

I have been trying for 3 hours to update my information AGAIN! This is why I Canceled my account before !!! Your app is the worst !!! I am doing everything correct yet it keeps saying WRONG USERNAME,OR PASSWORD, or the last 4 DIGITS OF MY ss# is wrong !!!! THIS IS JUST WHY I CANCELLED BEFORE

I ordered an item for delivery that arrived broken. I then took the time to go to the Salmon Creek Vancouver WA store for replacement. I brought in the item with the original box and bubble wrap packing material. I ask for packing material to use while bringing item back home pointing out its fragilness due to broken. I was told in customer service by Beverly there was no packing material to protect the replacement item in that area but there was at the front check out desk. I went to the front desk and was told a staff person had bubble wrap but wasn't sure where it was. He called customer service to be informed it was now back there. The staff in customer service said no one available to bring up to front check out and I would need to go back to customer service. I went back and was provided with the packing and my old box. I ask if there was some sort of compensation for all the run around and was told "no". It would have been nice to provide a 50-60% off one item coupon. Or at least that they could have ask a manager if some compensation was an option.

I'm just so disgusted of kolhs can't believe they are only paying the elderly 10.00 a hours. What a damn insult. You can pay teens 15 or so and they hardly work or show up. At least the elderly will work and be there when they are suppose to

On line payment made. No confirmation sent ..payment not deducted from my bank acct when I requested it to be..so I thought the process did not go thru.4 days later kohls deducted my bank acct.twice!! So I have made a double payment now of 214.00 and they can not refund my acct. I have to wait 1-2 weeks for a check to come in the mail. I am done with kohl's! They can take a payment out of my bank acct. But not put a credit back in?!!

Only 2 fitting rooms (not stale rooms/men and womens). Had a basket full of items to try on and had to put them all back because there was such a long line. And we refused to wait for a room.

I ordered several items from Kohl's. The regularly priced items arrived close to the indicated shipping times. However, the items I originally wanted which were on clearance never arrived! I called customer service. The shipping carrier site says waiting for the package, but Khol's site says "Shipped" at the carrier waiting for the label. So, the customer service rep says I can refund you or... or what, will I get the items? Maybe? She wasn't sure I would actually get the items. What does that mean? They know if it is a deep clearance item, many people ordered it, and they don't have the product available? Sounds fraudulent to me as when I ordered online I was told it was available - so they accept any ordered items hoping the customer will order something else along with it, or, intend to refund the customer down the road knowing the item is unavailable, and then the customer will have to buy something else anyway, so Kohl's still gets a sale. The only reason I was ordering from Khol's was to get a great deal on the clearance fleece items, and the other stuff I ordered was extra. So I guess they got me - never got the stuff on clearance that I wanted, and now I will have a refund, as I already paid my charge card for the items. So, I will have to go to Kohl's or online to use the refund to buy something else from them. Great Scam Kohl's.
