Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

Kohls doesn't allow you to change your credit card or add a credit card before paying, I'm done with buying from them ever again. Kohl's website charged my old credit card, can't even delete the card after my payment, so they have my card forever!!!

I selected a kitchen appliance product on the Kohl's website, and entered my shipping and payment information in the cart. When I submitted the order, it stated that the product was not available. Why does Kohls show a product on their website, and then only after a customer goes through the order process, it's not available. I ordered on Amazon, and the product delivered in two days.

I am so frustrated with Kohl's right now. We sat on hold for over 10 hours with completely incompetent customer service reps to get through to a supervisor who was completely unable and willing to help just parroting unhelpful Terms and Conditions - whatever you do do NOT order from Kohl's - consider yourself warned!!!!!

Customer service is totally useless. cannot help complete an online order, as they do not know how their own system works. Have absolutely NO desire to assist the Customer and don't at all care if they lose the customer. It is no wonder at all that this Company is going to go bankrupt soon.

I was looking for an all white pair of shoes as required for my daughter’s dance team. First call store did not have her size so I bought a half size down as I had had customer service to a store location check and was told no other nearby stores carried these in her size. Was recommended by employee I order online. I then did so and was originally told would be to me in time which ended up not being the case and shipping delayed 3 different times. I then stopped in another Kohls store on way home that day and they had shoes in size I needed even though when I had customer service do location check was told none. I bought shoes in size I needed and returned 1st pair. Then tried getting the online order canceled as I now had the shoes that I needed in the size that I needed wouldn’t let me do it so I went to customer service and she told me I had to wait until they get delivered to me to do the return. Today I went to go return those shoes. Employee was rude even though still brand new in box with all tags attached and receipt. She was crabby and clearly didn’t want to be at work. Just wanted quick return and refund which was not the case. Because I bought them on my Kohl’s card to get the free shipping and even though I have paid the balance off and my card is at a zero balance they insisted the only way to do a return was back on the Kohl’s card leaving me a -$80 balance on my Kohl’s card which upon calling card customer service today was told return still has not posted to my Kohl’s card but to just continue to call back over next several days and keep checking as they can’t do anything until it does. I am then told that I will have to request a return check to be issued which can take up to 14 business days so all of the time driving and hassle to do a return on a pair of shoes that I never wanted to begin with, and I had only bought because I was told no other shoes in stores in the Twin Cities. Such a hassle and I will be closing my kohls account and no longer shop their store

I have been searching for 6 months for a brand of jeans that Kohl's exclusively carries. It is women's nine West tummy control jeans. When I can find any that are in my size they're not available to ship the stores or they're not available for home delivery I don't get it!!! Nor are they available in any area stores so what's up Kohl's you advertise them on.com site but yet no one can get them!!! Such a disappointment

I ordered a pair of shoes from Kohls and they were delivered by something called LaserShip. The driver came up my driveway at a very high rare of speed even though I have a sign that asks every one to go slow and watch out for my elderly dog. He went past the house and back to the barn where he went off the driveway 3 separate times turning around. Lots of rain lately so the grass is very soft. Ruts left behind.

I called to check my spending balance. It transferred me to a rep that said I owed $3.00. I said $3? I told him I was not aware, because I paid my over $200 balance in full. I paid the $3 with him. I asked again what my spending amount was. He said I no longer had a card and that my account was charged off. All for freaking $3.00. I asked for a supervisor who was NOT helpful. I asked for a corporate number or address. Hazel said they did not have one. I will definitely be posting and sharing this with my family and friends who encouraged me to get this card in the first place and who shop their often... I can not believe this! $3.00!!!
