I made a purchase online with my wifes account and used my paypal to pay for the purchase. When I received the item, it was too big, so I decided to return to the store. At the store when I returned the item the refund went to a discovery card that is not my card and it's not my wifes card. When I spoke to the store rep.she said, the refund go back to the card that was charged. I left the store and waited a few days to see if my paypal card had been refunded and no refund had been issued. I then called the custumer service and they told me quote; there was nothing they can do, that the transaction had done already and they couldn't see my paypal payment. I inssited for to look into the payment, because on my paypal account showed been paid by my card. They still continue to say there nothing they can do. So, I had to open a case with paypal for kohls to refund me the money. This has teached me a lesson and I will never buy anything from Kohls again. There customer service is not good and has no proffessionalism. This is why some of these big companies loose customers.... Paypal was my life saver and they have resolved my case in my favor.

Ordered a coat and 5 days later it’s still “in fulfillment” status. I’ve ordered from two other stores and the items have shipped! I called customer service and they are worthless! All they do is tell you what you already know. They lie and say they can’t cancel the order or give it expedited shipping. As a long time Kohl’s card holder, I’m canceling it once the coat is finally shipped. Hopefully that happens before winter ends!

I have had my Kohl’s card for 8 years. My payment history is fantastic. Never missed a payment unless it was by accident thinking that a payment I had made was towards monthly payment instead of just towards interest. Recently, Kohl’s has started charging a late fee ON THE DAY the payment is due BEFORE 8p and BEFORE the day is even over. They did this to me 3 months in a row. Each time I called in to have them reverse it; they said they did. Called yesterday to make my payment at 6:35CST (day it’s due!) and the gentleman (he was nice/empathetic) said they indeed had not, and I was already charged a late fee this month!!! This affected my credit and made my monthly bill 60% higher for payment. One of these call ins I made my payment over the phone and the CSR input $26 as opposed to $29 which I did not know. And again was hit with a late fee for HER mistake! I haven’t utilized this card since March of 2022. Again, payment history is outstanding. I’ve ALWAYS paid before, on the day, or within a three day grace period. This is TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! I had to cancel my card completely because I will not be having a company treat their customers this way. And since when did company’s do away with the 3 day grace period? I do not recall receiving any updated terms and conditions stating such measures. I demand an answer from headquarters. This is absurd behavior. A red flag is having a prompt on your call in for “late fee disputes/reversals”. Really, shame on Kohls.

I ordered a pair of black boots size 9 and they sent me a size 8. How disappointing!

I shop at Kohls regularly in store or online. I placed an online order that could only be shipped to my home address. My items were delivered from a company called LaserShip. I had ordered three items which arrived taped together with packaging tape instead of being packed in a box. Really?? My items could have easily been misplaced or stolen. Not happy that my order was delivered this way.

Needed a suit. I received ads and coupons for Kohls. I went to their Indiana Pa store and couldnt find their suits. Then i couldnt find an employee to help me. Got in line behind 6 customers to get help because no help in the store. Where was the manager when 8 customers are in line. I found out this store put suits on sale months ago and didnt reorder. Hey if my closest store doesnt have it dont advertise it. I found 6 jackets all the same size boys not mens. Due to no help except for people at the register i spent an hour wasting my time. I was a good kohls customer not anymorw

Kohl's as a company is HORRIBLE. I've had a Kohl's card for several years and never mis6a payment bc I am on autopay. I got a 30 day late on my credit so I called them and was escalated to a manager. She told me they had recently changed computer systems and It kicked a lot of people off of autopay and thet she would have it removed and took away my late fee. Now they refuse to take it off stating I should have paid more attention. REALLY? Then why offer autopay if I have to check every month to make sure Kohl's system works correctly? HORRIBLE COMPANY
