They say easy returns what a joke! The item I ordered had been in limbo whereas UPS can’t even tell me when it will be delivered and KOHLS has it marked as “complete “. I don’t have it but it’s s completed order. Hey KOHLS ITS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL I ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT! I tried to cancel the order and I was told I have to receive it before I can return it but they cannot tell me when I will get it! They charged me already too. They want me to rate the product …rate something I don’t have …that’s real smart Kohls. Your sales people in the store and on the phone are sarcastic and rude. Once this mess is cleared up I’m cutting my card up and canceling my account. I have had it with Kohls! They SUCK!

Khols has the worst website. They need to find decent developers maybe you should pay more so your website actually works. Makes me want to stop shopping hear.

I have been an honorable customer for 10 years. On November 16,2022 I purchased 4 items that came to $66.84 plus tax 0f $3.68. On Sunday 3 of the 4 items were reduced by a total amount of $18.46 not including tax. Item 1: FLEECE 2 PIECE BASE LAYER SET PAID $16.80 ON SALE TODAY $13.60 Item 3: OSHKOSH B’GOSH DELORES GIRLS SLIP-ON HIKER BOOTS PAID $ 24.49 ON SALE TODAY $14.99 Item 4: GIRL ZEROXPOSUR CHER BEANIE & GLOVE SET PAID $17.15 ON SALE TODAY $14.00 TOTAL DIFFERENCE IN PRICE $17.34 + TAX I contacted Kohl’s customer service and I was told that because of the Black Friday Deal they will not match the reduced prices on three of the four items I ordered. I asked to speak with a representative in the United States. I was transferred and spoke with Frances in the customer service department and she told me the same thing. I told her that Kohl’s policy honors price matches if they are within the 14 day period. Noted on Google search of Kohl’s policy “ Kohl's. If an item bought at Kohl's goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, customers can request a price adjustment. They need their original, dated sales receipt, and the request must be made while the item is currently marked down. Some items and sales are excluded. Price adjustment requests for items purchased online can be made either online or in-store.” I read your policies online and there is nothing that says Kohls does not honor price adjustments on “BLACK FRIDAY WEEK”. That would be considered false advertising. Since Kohl’s does not have an email to send a concern or complaint too I contacted the only email listed and that was Kohl’s press. I explained what happen and has not yet received a response yet. I am an elderly grandmother on Social Security that purchased items for my granddaughter who lives in Wisconsin. My son and his family are low income and unable to purchase the necessary items to keep her warm. The winters are very cold so I purchased items that she would need to stay warm.

Overseas call center, need I say more ... Do NOT purchase via kohls.com if you have any order related issue you are basically screwed ...

I went to Kohl's looking for new pair of jean's today. Wow, I was in for a surprise... I was pointed towards a corner of the store. Yes they have jeans, however you have to dig thru piles of mixed sizes. There were shorts and jeans all mixed together... I felt that I was in a second hand store. In fact Goodwill is far better organized. Here I thought I was going to be shopping in a upscale store. I was so wrong! The only upscale things they have are ungodly ridiculous high prices. Never again will I waste my time going into Kohls...

I ordered the Too Faced Born this Way Natural Nudes palette from the Kohl's website. The product arrived later than the expected arrival date and was broken. Returning this item that they couldn't bother to package properly would out me my shipping cost and the most of shipping it back to them. I'd recommend to go anywhere else for makeup purchases.

The lady checking me out didn’t take the white ink filled tag off the shirt I bought which kept me from wearing the shirt the day I wanted too. It was lucky I saved the receipt so I could go back and fix this problem but it was a real pain. I'd also like to note that this is not the first time this has happened. At this point I always check my clothes before I leave the store with them because of how often the tags aren't removed.
