This is one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of buying from. They hike up their prices and then offer you a coupon to make it look like you are getting a discount. Furthermore, their prices change frequently and although they have a 14-day policy, they do not uphold that policy! I will never buy anything from this company again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE=IN CHECKOUT LINE OVER AN HOUR WHILE CASHIER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER TRIED TO GET MY CREDIT CARD APPROVED-BEEN CUSTOMER AT CRESTWOOD IL STORE FOR OVER TWENTY FIVE YEARS STORE PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL, IT WASCORPORATE OFFICE PEOPLE WHO SEEMED LIKE THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, WOULD APPRECIATE A CALL AT 708 389-7441

Every time in the last couple of years that I have been to the Kohl's store in Vernon, CT, it has been an utter pig sty. Clothing literally thrown all over the racks, fitting rooms filthy with monster sized dust balls and piles of discarded clothing everywhere. I have photos but I'm unable to attach them. Kohl's is the last store I choose if I can't find my selection anywhere else. Most of the time they don't have it either.

They con you into thinking you have a free product coming when in fact they collect your information and direct you to checkout where they start to charge you for the product. Don’t believe a word from this company, they specialize in misleading people…

This is the second time I got screwed over by Kohl's. The first time (about 6-7 years ago) was when I was spending over $150.00 on dinnerware, and they wanted to see some kind of photo ID, my Kohls card wasn't good enough, so I showed them my VA medical card with my photo and they wouldn't except that either, they wanted a drivers license which I didn't have with me. I was so pissed off I just left the store and threw my Kohl's card away and haven't been in the store until today. For the first time in years; I saw some cargo pocket fleece pants and uppers that were great for when I go to Physical Therapy, (in cold weather) as the therapists can move the lower leg portions and waist areas easily to do the PT. They are perfect for that. I'm a handicapped veteran with two bad feet, knees, and back. There was about a 45 minute line in the store so I thought I'd go to the return dept. which was basically empty, I knew they checked people out there in the past and waited in line for less than 5 minutes and got to one of the two people back there. When I got to the check-out girl she asked me and I told her I wanted to check out and she and she told me they no longer do that there. I said there should be a sign stating that, as they have done it in the past. I of course turned around and started leaving and as I did the manager just was passing by and I said to him, "you just lost a nice sale", but he didn't respond or seem to care which didn't really surprise me as that is more or less how they feel about clients, they just don't! Placed an order for a bench. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I checked the status and it said that the seller requested it be returned to sender. I called, they told me it was the currier. They reordered and reshipped without issue thankfully. Slightly upset about the time it took to receive, but still a great bench. I place another order a few days later for 4 items. I received 3 of those 4 in a timely manner. The 4th item says when checking tracking that a label was created, but had not been picked up by ups yet. That was on 11/11. So I called today. The lady basically told me it was supposed to be delivered between the 15th and the 18th. Today is the 25th. Tracking still says the same exact thing(label created/not picked up) Asked to cancel that part of the order. She tells me she can't do that, and to call back on the 29th. Why?? Couldn't get an answer on that either. Severely lacking any answers from anyone in customer service. 2 orders place within a week, and issues with BOTH. Not a good look.

Euhm, are you kidding me? some bot created an account on my email on your, absolutely horrible site, now I cant figure out how to delete it because your site is clearly made up of scam upon scam, I have no option of emailing you to have my account deleted I need to supposedly call a representative from your phony company, you should be closed down and all of your servers burnt.... The name my account is registered under is igqh hhzvc ... very inventive, you can please delete my account if anyone from your company actually takes the time to read these very uplifting reviews of your fantastic company.
