To be clear I enjoy kohls stores and their merchandise.This was my first online experience to see other items.However you can not expect to make it far in todays market with such terrible website experience.There are so many pop ups every page to tell you about deals I cant fully load a page for three minutes.Numerous pages including the checkout i had to refresh before it even loaded.Then I try to check my kohls charge balance which was a series of it telling me to use certain passcodes that it didnt even think were correct.The site looks like its designed by a third grader who codes as a side hustle.Id be suprised if they last another 10 years with this inability to adapt to a modern market. Fix your sites!!!!!!!

I received my order yesterday, first of all only part of it came. The box had 3 items in it but 1 of the items was wrong. I ordered a toy for my grandson and I got a Minnie Mouse hairstylin set. I called customer service and the man who could barely speak english said he would send my sneakers out in the mail today. I already had my sneakers. I wanted to exchange the toy but i didn't receive a receipt or packing slip. So i am going to keep the Minnie mouse set and go somewhere else to get the toy i originally ordered. I am done with kolhs online ordering.

This franchise has gone downhill on a bobsled. Shopping here used to be easy, now its a royal pain. I ordered 2 necklaces online, both in stocks. I paid for them and had to be within a few hours one was canceled. I got the other necklace and it was very nice, but the 2nd one that was canceled floored me on why it was canceled, then when I tried to ask about my refund there is nowhere to call, you just get an ask us button to find out whats going on and you're automatically hit with a standard reply that says up to 30 days for your refund!! 30 days?? You took it out of my account in 30 seconds. It appears they intend on waiting the full 30 days to give it back too. It sounds to me like they're doing this to God only knows how many people, to keep OUR money in THEIR account to earn them interest or something like that. Its ridiculous. They know when you order something if the funds are in your account to pay for what you order. So why do we have to wait so long to get it back??

I did not know that Kohls was a political store. While most of the clothes they sell are from China therefor cheap and over priced they decided that Mike Lindell who is a proud to be an American is unworthy of their stores because he voted for a proud to be an American President. Nice. I’m done with Kohls if they want to play that sad game.

I bought two pairs of sandals from Kohl's and mentioned that they were very comfortable, however, I wasn't sure how long they would last compared to my previous (same brand) sandals. They rejected both my reviews. They suggested I leave another review. When I tried, it said Thank you and that I had already left a review. There was no review for me to edit so I can't even go back and write another one.

Seems everything I order anymore they say it will arrive a certain day and then they change the days at least 2 xs later. If you're going to order a gift don't ever expect it on time!

Website if way too clunky. I am a seasoned on line shopper and had a difficult time applying promo codes and giving my credit card info - I felt like if I had had a Kohl's credit card it may have been easier. No can do - everyone knows that store credit cards charge more than twice the going interest rate. It still doesn't even out in the end with Kohl's Kash. And I could not check out using my Kohl's Rewards Card either - it would not accept it so I had to remove it. Who knows why - except infrequent use. I don't shop with Kohl's that much - they are not exactly inexpensive i.e. Marshall's, Ross, TJ MAXX, Burlington

I liked Kohl’s, but hate it only Kohl’s but every business who thinks it is their right to monitor my beliefs. I think it’s great to celebrate Black History. I have wonderful Black friends whom I admire. I am ok with Kohl’s BLM products. But it’s disgusting and wrong for you to ban My Pillow for his views...when you allow the other side. I feel each customer would decide for themselves which product they want. If they dislike Mike Lindell, they’d tell you with their wallet. Just stick to selling things and let your customers be their own moral compass. Good grief. This is so disappointing that stores are now monitoring their customers beliefs. Yes, you ultimately have a right on what to stock. And yes, your customers ultimately have a right on where to shop. All businesses need to stay out of politics!
