I have not shopped at kohl's for about 15yrs., and now with a recent experience I know why. I went into a store to order an item, they no longer take orders. I place the order on-line, never received any kind of confirmation of my order, yet they had no problem charging my CC. I kept checking the status of the order, and kept receiving an automated message saying they are working on my order after two week from initial date. Finally by accident I was able to get my order # and check on the status of my order, only to find out it's sitting at the store for pickup, yet I never received a notice for pick-up and the date of pick-up was about to expire. I had one day left to pick item. Needless to say, I will never patronize a Kohl's store ever. Worse customer service by a retailer.

My order is lost in transit. I have been waiting for 22 days and UPS says there is a “delivery exception” yet they still REFUSE to refund my purchase. They claim that their policy prevents them from issuing a refund. If that’s the case, leadership should seriously consider changing the policy.

Was told I could do an even exchange in store, if they dont have them they will re order. They lied. Then refunded me $20 less then what I paid. Won't give in store credit. And when I saw another pair of shoes never came they said they didn't have them and have to wait another 10 days for refund plus a week to reship.so im out $100

Order placed 12 days ago still has not been shipped. After a 25 minute online chat, the agent was unable to assist and advised me to call customer service for immediate credit. Customer service person was in another country, difficult to understand, and said credit would be issued in 10-14 business days. My account has been charged, and payment is due tomorrow. Agent advised there was nothing more they could do. Payment must be made or late fee would be assessed which I would be "allowed" to dispute if qualified. Never again.

San Jose, CA: A checkout clerk interested me in joining the Kohl's Rewards Program to get a discount on an item I was purchasing. But without telling me he also applied for a Kohl's credit card under my name. It was all deceptive and misleading and the clerk never said he was doing anything more than including me in the Rewards Program. When I found out I confronted the manager, but she side-stepped and just gave me the corporate phone number to cancel the credit card account. I have since read that businesses like Kohl's encourage employees to generate more credit card applications and can be compensated for the practice.

Received a gift card and a coupon in my email to use for my birthday.. the codes only worked on the website, not the app. My gift card didn't work at all, but when I went to the store they had no idea what to do. They eventually told me if I bought something and then returned it, they could give me a card with credit, but then the code for this card also did not work on the app.

I wouldn't even give one star but you have to , to leave the horrible reviews! I placed an order on April 16, 2026. It's April 30 and no order has been delivered. I called to check and was told that it can't be resolved until the end of the day, of April 30, 2026. I mentioned that I work for the postal service and knew the package wasn't there today and the " customer service" person suggested that me being upset was due to my job and the reason I haven't gotten it was due to my job, and that it wasn't his company that I should be concerned with , but mine. Very rude!
