Evidently, my account was closed without my knowledge. The problem is that Customer Service can't do anything about it. They told to go into the store to have it fixed. When I spoke to the store, prior to my call to Corp Customer Service, I was told they could not do anything about my account. Evidently, Kohl's is going the way of Sears. No product in the store and no customer service. They are now nothing more than an Amazon pickup.

Worst company from corporate offices to management in stores!!! Horrible service, corporate complaint hotline is a JOKE, complicated refunds, wrong merchandise prices, extremely long lines, double ringing of items, credit card payments incorrectly processed creating late fees and etc!!! Company is on the brink of bankruptcy!!! Stay away from them!!!

Horrible customer service. Cant pay bill by credit card on line or in the store! They want YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER instead for "automatic" withdrawals!!! You'd need rocks in the cabesa to give them that. They cant check your balance in the store either. Its a scam contrived for you to accumulate late fees.

I purchased the item on sale on Kohls.com. They kept my order in suspense for 3 days until the end of the sale, and they canceled my order the day when price went up! I can't believe it, how can they get away with that? Horrid!!!

sign in store said buy one suitcase get second one 50% off. Purchased 2 suitcases, they refused to take 50% off second suitcase because they were one clearance. I explained that I knew they were on clearance, but they were all on the shelf with the sign clearly stating second suitcase 50% off. Cashier said that was the rule, manager said that was the rule. I said that is deceptive and fraudulent advertising and it is not the first time this has happened at Kohls. Will not be shopping at any Kohls again. Rip off, deceptive practices, fraud.

Returned a robe that was a gift without a receipt. They said I could either receive $8.00 for return or find a robe that was exactly the same price. I found the exact robe in a different size (what I wanted) but they wouldn't honor the exchange because it was on Clearance. Huh? It was the same robe! Why not just exchange it. This is why the store is tanking. They need to get rid of all these convoluted rules and games and promos and policies and just do business.

Ordered merchandise back in early November, it's the end of December. Still haven't received my stuff. Tracking says it is on its way back to Kohls. They refuse to refund my money until I wait 30 MORE days. They placate me with $5 Kohls Cash. Where's my refund?! When are they going to get their act together?

There kohls cash is as phony as kohls it self. I can't believe they screw peop9le this way and get aways with it. People sure are dumb.
