I would give it a 0 star but it wouldn’t allow me to go further without giving it a 1. Once they get your money they don’t have any interest in taking care of a problem nor do they think your time is valuable. I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far and still waiting. If I’m waiting this long makes me wonder how many unhappy customers they have that they are so busy or is it that they are hoping I’ll give up.

Manchester CT store. Cashier and manager lied about usage of coupon and price marked versus price scanned. Very rude. Poor customer service. Have been a dedicated customer and have never been disappointed.

Went there for amazon return and was treated like garbage not assisted and waited in line for an hour.

Literally the worst retailer. I don’t go there often, but every time I ‘give them another chance’ I walk out pissed again. They are over priced and offer ‘sales’ which are just marked down to MSRP. Their return policy is trash. And don’t dare try to return an online Sephora order to a Sephora located within their store. Sure wish old people would stop shopping there so they’ll go out of business.

Once you go woke you go broke, went into the store to see the variety and quality and apparently has turned into a third world country store, very low class!!!

Christmas 2022 purchased a leather bomber jacket for my husband online on Dec 10th. When he opened it on Christmas, it was a size too big so I returned it to the nearest store the week after Christmas. Unfortunately, the jackets were sold out so they refunded my card. At the time I returned the jacket, customer service rep doing the return told me I could call customer service to order the jacket and get the same sale price. I called but was told they couldn't place an order on out of stock merchandise and suggested that I call back when the item was back in stock. So it finally came back in stock on January 11th, so I called to order the item at the Christmas sale price, but was told it is now on promotion (was 199.00 now 400.00) and they cannot give it to me at the sale price. CSR suggested I wait another week or so until it is off promotion. Sadly, I'm looking elsewhere for my husband's gift as I'm not confident they will honor the sales price at any time.

I cannot log into my account. Ever. I called customer service and they said it is my fault that I tried my password too many times. Not true - it happens every time I try to log in. They are rude and I am done with Kohls. They said in the store I need to contact them that my email does not log into my points or Kohl's cash. They are useless. I tried to resolve twice and it still happens. Ciao!

Their phone customer service is absolutely horrible, I sent a payment for $300 and it was processed for $800 and they're trying to tell me I made the check out wrong, we tried to use the card at the store and they put a lock on the account which they neglected to tell me when I asked for my $500 back! They should stop outsourcing their call center cheaply to India! Kohls Corporate should really read these reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one!
