I wish I could give zero stars. I am so frustrated and done with your customer service and your associates that pick items that are purchased online. I ordered 4 towels, I received 4 ugly ugly shirts. I order a blender it was never delivered. I order clothes for my kids I get the wrong sizes. I order a $100 bag/purse and you send me a very cheap Donna Karan one pocket vegan bag. Not even close to something I would use. I am about to close my account. It is such a disappointment that you have employees working for you that are to lazy to actually do their jobs. If you don't want to do your job quit. Stop making customers frustrated because you don't care to check the quality of the associates work. I spend alot and I mean alot of money at kohl's and I'm finished. Your stores and employees have gone down hill really badly.

I have been shopping at Kohl’s since 2004 and always loved getting great quality clothing at a reasonable price. Over the years though, the quality has gone down. Many brands are also no longer carried in order to allow the makeup department to take over half the store. Prices of items are usually priced higher than other stores and many items are excluded from coupons. Kohl’s cash really only gets prices down to competitor prices. My biggest complaint at the moment is how customers are treated when using their Kohl’s credit cards. I placed an order for an item that remained waiting for carrier pickup and never made it to me. I waited the appropriate time to contact Kohls to have the item shipped again a second time. The replacement order also remained in waiting for carrier pickup. I contacted Kohl’s again for a refund on the item I never received. I have yet to see the promised refund and since the item was paid for by my Kohls credit card there is nothing that can be done. I am furious that Kohls feels that it is ok to steal money from loyal customers. I will never use my Kohls card, shop online or in store again. You can not scam people out of money and expect to stay open. Shame on you!!!

Kohls is the most unethical company I’ve dealt with trying to order online. I ordered a lot of boots on 11/29/22. One pair didn’t show up for a long time and then they were the WRONG size. I ordered a 9 and they shipped a 6.5. I called them and they said they’d resend the right size. I asked if I should return them to the store and they said no. They said keep them or throw them out. The next pair came in the wrong size AGAIN. This happened 4 TIMES!!! Today, 2/13/23, I called them AGAIN and spoke to Duressa #18W0, (whom I could barely understand) told me the boots weren’t available anymore. I requested a refund to my account of the EXTRA money I had to spend after they sent them out wrong several times. I also requested the Kohls Cash I was given to place the original order (minus what was used on the ones I kept). After going around in circles for 15-20 minutes, she said she was refunding my credit card the extra money they charged me - and it would take 7-14 days; it Didn’t take 7-14 days to TAKE MY MONEY IN THE BEGINNING and that the Kolhs Cash of $84.73 would be sent to me immediately. I requested a confirmation number or reference number from her and she said there isn’t one. I knew she was lying. THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I called back later and spoke to Carlos #8TZX. He asked for the reference number and I told him she said there wasn’t one. He then tried to get away with saying only a smaller amount was being refunded to my account. I argued this was totally wrong and told him how much money she Cash I was supposed to get back. OF COURSE, he said that’s not what’s in the notes!!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a long wait, IT NEVER HAPPENED and I was routed to review how satisfied I was with the last idiot I spoke to! I’m so MAD about this mess and the way Kohls lied to me and cheated me out of my money that I’ll probably never shop there again. No one should ever shop at Kohl’s,

They will bring down your credit scores. don't use their charge card. I have been a customer since 2014. My auto payment did not go through, they never informed me about that. They didn't call me when my account was past due. Their email subject looks like "Pay on My Kohls Card Now" without any attention grabbing subject like "Your account is past due". Looks like they want you to pay late payments and gain on interest. Poorest customer service. There is no department over the phone who can help you with these.

Ordered two pairs of snow pants for my two oldest kids. Instead I received one pair of denim overalls. There was no invoice in the box and when I went to pull up the invoice I was supposedly emailed I couldn't find one anywhere in my email account.

Ordered 7 items online a week ago and thus far have received 1 item. They only ship one item at a time according to customer service and will not fulfill the entire order and ship all at once. A second item that did ship out cannot be delivered as UPS keeps trying to drop it at my local post office when it is closed and they will not leave the package. The online orders are a joke. Glad I didn't order 100 items at this rate It would take a year to receive the entire order one item at a time and the next item of mine in line to ship has been in fulfillment status for 3 days now. How long does it really take to find 1 item and put it in a box and ship it out? Note my entire order was all In Stock items not on sale. DO BETTER KOHLS!!

I paid my card the minimum on the 2nd of January 2023. I received multiple phonencalls.frpm thr company saying I missed my payment. I told.them I had not. They then reported me 30 days late crashing my credit score. I then paid over the minimum on the 26th of January. Don't know what math kohls uses, but that's way less than 30 days!!!!! Stay away from.kohls and kohls credit. They are a desperate company who needs to bully customers.

I wish I could rate -10000 stars. They have just lost out on $300 from me because I spent HOURS looking through the clearance section, got my cart to over 50 items, wanted to save some for later so I made an account, and BAM. ALL of the items in my cart disappeared. Hours worth of searching, completely wasted. Kohls is a useless disgusting piece of TRASH website and business. I have never bought from Kohls and now I never will. I had over $300 worth of items that I was prepared to purchase, but I am NOT going to spend more HOURS of my life going back to find the items I already added to my cart. I can’t say enough negative things about Kohls and I will always point people AWAY from kohls from now on. Disgusting piece of trash company
