Placed an order mid November for Xmas presants didnt receive so after 3 weeks I contacted to find out what was going on someone told me there was an error and that my order had a technical issue so they told me they had to recorder my order and i would receive my order in the next couple of days. Chased again via this number 8455217386 and the customer service rep was really awesome and they really help me out

A family member ordered two items from Kohl's as a Christmas gift. Although it looks to be sewn quite well the horrible quality of fabrics is such a HUGE disappointment. Sending both items back. I don't want to wear plastic. What happened to good old cotton, wool, you know natural fabrics and not this made in China rubbish.

Kohl’s has been a long time favorite place to Christmas shop. It is unfortunate the customer service has hit an all time LOW! I called all weekend to talk to Customer Service, and of course they were not open. I called on Monday and talk to someone after waiting 10 minutes on the phone and I’m going to have them either hang up or disconnect on purpose and went straight to, “The center is now closed”. I went to the site where I was instructed to “ask a question “. I was the “60” person in line and waited to “chat” with someone…all to have them tell me to call Kohl’s credit. Called Kohl’s credit the next day… after talking to the lady at least twenty minutes…she was unable to help. I asked to speak to her supervisor, who was “ unavailable “. I spoke to her another 10 minutes…she again reported that the supervisor was busy snd promised to get him to call…that was yesterday, earlier in the afternoon..still no call… I wanted to put order snd previous orders on my Kohl’s card to save an extra 30%. Everytime I’ve tried to use my Kohl’s card, I get an error message. I used a different card because items were on sale and it was the weekend and could not get help. Oddly now they say it will work if I call in my order but cannot fix the previous orders? The nearest store is 45 minutes away…. I work three jobs…I guess I will have to find time to drive to a store, return items and “rebuy” them as my promotion is good they Dec. 19 th..

Kohls products are fine but if you need to have your online items shipped it’s horrible ! Their shipping charges are extremely high and shipping times extremely slow.I wanted to order a item on sale for $14.00 and with shipping charges and taxes the total was over $30.00.Ridiculous..also if you have to return anything via mail you not only have to pay the shipping yourself but they do not refund original shipping fees …So best just keep an item if it doesn’t fit because all the shipping fees (original and return)will end up being more the item actually cost. This is the only online store I purchase from that does this.I could return items to a store free but do not receive original shipping fees in the refund.I don’t live near a retail store so I couldn’t return to a store anyhow. Now I will only purchase from kohls.com if they are offering free shipping certain times of the year. Not a happy customer.

Something has happened to Kohl's. I ordered a raincoat and never received an order confirmation, so I contacted their online customer service rep about this. They did not address my question and their response was nonsensical. The good news is the jacket arrived, which is great, and I still like the merchandise, but Kohl's customer service has really tanked.

My mother in law past away and I went to return clothing articles that still had the tags on them. I asked Miss Ronda, the customer service rep, if she could let me know how much each of the items are worth since some of them might be past the 180 days so I can decide if it's worth returning or if I'll just take them to Salvation Army. Ronda showed a lot of compassion and took her time to go through each item and let me know how much I would get back. She also gave me time to decide either I return or keep the items. Before I left she wished me sincere condolences. Three days later I went back to the customer service since I had more items to return. Miss Amy was the one at the customer service this time around. Her service was completely opposite. She was visibly irritated with my request and before I left she needed to let me know that customer service usually doesn't go all the extra mile. In today's world we need more Miss Ronda. People go through a lot and sometimes a simple world can make someone's day. I went back to the store to find Miss Ronda and personally tell her how much her words of sympathy meant to me.

Since the Sephora moved in the kohls on Charlestown road In Indiana. It seems to me that all of the other departments have gotten smaller. I’m a plus size and I have not been able to find anything there because there is not enough merchandise. My last three trips were unsuccessful and I’m not sure that if I will back to that store again
