I bought 4 pairs New Balance sneakers Kohl's online- gift for friend, not sure about the size. One pair fit well ; kept those and returned the other 3 pairs for refund to my Wells Fargo Visa . One month later, I've received credit for only one pair, not three. I opened a dispute with my bank claiming, justifiably, they owe me for 2 more pairs of sneakers. It's a good thing I kept the Fed Ex shipping receipt with the tracking # , because Kohl's denied my dispute claim and refused to issue the credit I'm due. WORST STORE ON EARTH !! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I called them today ( Kohl's online CS ). Guess what - sure enough, I gave them the tracking # and she acknowledged receipt of the sneakers. Duh .. she said she doesn,'t know why I got a refund for only one pair. Said she doesn't know what happened with the other 2 pairs. DO NOT BUY FROM Kohl's. If you must, then be prepared for days, weeks and months of aggravation if, God forbid, you return something. I hope they go bankrupt !! They deserve it !!

Don't even bother shopping online! I placed an order back on 7 May, label created on 8 May with a delivery date of 12-15 May....and it has NOT been picked up by USPS. They said they would request replacements instead of truly trying to figure out what went wrong. I had to tell them 3 different times I wanted a full refund. Don't waste your time or money on this overpriced Walmart. You want some really good quality? Go check out TrueClassic! TrueClassic might be a little more expensive, but they are spot on their deliveries and their quality is very good.

While I was employed with Kohl’s I did not recognize what was stated on their website. The position I applied for was a part time position and I had already discussed my schedule and availability in the beginning of the onboarding process in which the lady who was doing my onboarding listened and scheduled me for the appropriate times. Later on another lady got added on to my scheduling. She started adding full time shifts to my schedule that I could not change so I told her in person that I cannot work these times and I asked if I could change my schedule then she told me that I have to pick this job or my other job. She also told me that I was causing “schedule conflict” and that I will be terminated soon trying to put the blame on me. They were very quick to terminate me may I add. I assume that you cannot have another job while working at Kohl’s. I also want to point out what they state on their website which is that they are an “empathetic” company now this statement is what rubs me the wrong way. As an actual deep empath I do not believe that they practice empathy like how they state on their website which makes me have trust issues with jobs I apply for in the future. One of my coworkers was very hostile with me on my first day and nobody stepped in or helped me. They also made me stay almost 2 more hours after my scheduled time and they were just going to keep adding on tasks if I hadn’t left immediately. I would like to say that this is one of the most toxic work environments I’ve been around I felt like I was being singled out while everybody else was working together. During inventory I was told to go fold the clothes and wasn’t taught how to do inventory with the rest of the group. I wish this place luck and hope it stands for a little while longer if it does.

Saw an Under Armour display with two large signs that said 25% off. Underneath the large signs was a smaller one listing three styles with regular price listed as 25 dollars and price after discount as 19.99. I purchased three shirts directly under the large sign and was told they were not on sale. This was false advertising or deliberately misleading the customer. In the future I will purchase directly from the Under Armour Store.

Well I ordered 10 XXL boxers. I received 2 XXL boxers and 8 XXXXXL boxers. I started the return online, printed and enclosed the return authorization slips and spend $18 to ship them back for a refund. Almost 4 weeks went by and I contacted them via the website chat (there's no phone or email listed). Went around and around and the associate said they could see the package arrived at the return facility but that was the end of it. I told him the story and he said he would expedite the return a couple more weeks go by and I have no refund, no communication from them of any kind, so I guess I'm out a couple hundred bucks. BEWARE DO NOT SHOP THEM ONLINE.

Went to Hingham, MA Kohl’s today. I haven’t been there for a while and now I know why. What a dump. Intended to buy sneakers. Good luck with that! 10 am on a weekday morning and the place is trashed. Another retailer headed for liquidation.

Overpriced Walmart. No reason to pay premium prices to walk into a building that sells the same garbage Walmart does at great value prices. Their associates are demanded and punished for not selling their promotions harder enough, customer service is usually frantic because nobody knows what they’re doing, and the business just relies on people being good samaritans.

This company messed up my entire online order. I asked for both items to be shipped out, they instead shipped one and did in store pickup several states away. I attempted to call and get the issue resolved, but customer service was childish and unprofessional, refusing to resolve the issue and telling me that it was not my responsibility to drive the item back to the store if I want a refund, claiming that they cannot do a return label. I would not recommend this company
