It seems that something is less consumer friendly every time I go to Kohl's. Today it was the shoe department. I've been purchasing my running shoes, hiking shoes, etc. at Kohl's for some time now. Today I went into the Norwell, MA store to purchase more. I discover that the men's shoe department has been cut by roughly 50% to allow the space to double the woman's area. There are three types of sneakers I've been buying there for years but since there's so much less space for men's sneakers, they no longer have any of them, or a wide selection of alternatives for that matter. They're selection and prices on sneakers was one of the big things that brought me to Kohl's on a regular basis (I walk a lot) but now, don't see any reason to go back, they've got nothing I need.

Their website is terrible! When want to place an online order it's so frustrating.

I wouldn't even give em a half of a star but it won't let me my wife I ordered a supercharger step two truck bed for my son paid extra for rush delivery didn't show up the day it was supposed to it showed up the very next day only to get box 1 of 3 called fed ex nope only one box was picked up and shipped and received call khouls they ask if I will take 50 percent off like you can't put the bed together when all you have is the two sides no wheels to the truck no front end to the truck no back to connect the two sides no stickers and wanna give me 50 percent off tf??? No I'm super livid right now my seven year old has a brand new mattress with nice comforter laying on the floor in his room so hes been sleeping with his 13 year old brother

I placed an order online. The items were too big. I wanted to reorder online in a smaller size because the items I needed were not in a local store. There was a $6 increase in the price of each item when I ordered the new, replacement items in the right size. Kohls.com refused to honor my original price. They have permanently lost a customer

I really like Kohls. What I don’t like is how impossible it is for me create an account or to pay off my kohls card. I’m not giving up my banking information- are they crazy! Then when I send a check to pay it off they call, text, email. Wow- I wish you were this efficient and user friendly in your account management tools. Ugh- I wish I never got this card.

Definitely contacting the Better Business Bureau today. I usually pay my bill through the automated system. I paid exactly what it said then I ended up with a late fee- even though it was paid on time. Spoke to an agent about it and she said that sometimes the automated system gives a different amount than what is owed. 😳 (Thank you for your honesty whoever you are). Why have an automated system???? I wasn't asking for a favor, of course I want to pay what I owe. I sent an email to the CEO and it was returned as incorrect email address. I see that many Kohls stores have closed and more closings to come. I closed my account. Will someone at Kohls corporate realize that screwing over/taking advantage of your dedicated customers is not the way to go? Do you even have a clue as to why your stores are closing? Your customer service is beyond horrible. I asked for my phone call that is supposedly recorded to be reviewed, from when I paid on the automated system. Was told they can't do that. WOW Kohls, how about closing down your so called "customer service" and focus on keeping good policies that benefit customers and Kohls stores.

I made a double payment for my Kohl's charge in error, so I called and requested a refund. The refund was mailed 1/27/2023 and was initially advised to wait 7-10 bus days for receipt. Never came. I called again requesting to have it reissued, but was advised up to 14 bus days. Never came. I called again requesting to have it reissued, speaking with a supervisor & was advised can take up to 4 weeks. Never came. I called again requesting to have it reissued, and was then advised to wait until 2/27/23 since it was mailed on 1/27/23. Never came. I called again today, 2/27/23, and requested to have it reissued. The rep said it was reissued and said 14 bus days for receipt / entire process of reissue, etc;. Now I am waiting until 3/17/23 and I will have to call back again, I am sure of it. Oh and I tried to contact Kohl's corporate office and the number goes to a recording advising the number is not monitored and to call back another time. WOW, is all I can say and I will be cancelling my Kohl's charge card and never shop there again. Horrible service and they refuse to overnight it, expedite it, put it back on my account even to use so I do not have to live the nightmare for a refund. I am disgusted by the way Kohl's treats their VIP customers. It is a disgrace and anyone who shops here or has a card, must be ignorant and they will learn like I did after all these years. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KOHLS. In order to get my delivery, I must take off from work to receive my package. They DO NOT make any change in delivery address NO MATTER HOW INCONVENIENT, EXPENSIVE OR DISRUPTIVE IT IS. And you cannot speak to a human, you are caught in an ENDLESS LOOP of non responsive options
